Research On The Evaluation Of Asphalt Suppliers Selection For ZJ Construction Enterprises

With the rapid development of China’s market economy,competition among construction enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.Improving the supply chain competitiveness of construction enterprises will effectively improve their overall competitiveness.The importance of supply chain management system is becoming increasingly high,and it has become an important part of enterprise management in the construction industry.Supplier evaluation and selection are important components of the supply chain management system of construction enterprises,playing a crucial role in the operation of the entire supply chain system.The scientific,reasonable,and systematic selection of suppliers is of great significance for the survival and development of construction enterprises.This article takes the evaluation of asphalt suppliers in ZJ Company’s procurement management as the research object.Firstly,analyze the existing supplier selection evaluation system and the current status of supplier selection evaluation effectiveness of ZJ Company,and identify the problems and deficiencies in supplier evaluation.Based on the corresponding supply chain and supplier related theories,combined with the actual situation of ZJ Company’s supplier selection,analyze its shortcomings and reasons for the problems in the supplier selection evaluation system.Analyze the characteristics of ZJ Company’s supplier selection,rebuild and improve the evaluation index system for ZJ Company’s asphalt supplier selection.The new system includes 5 secondary indicators and 19 tertiary indicators,filling the gap in comprehensive indicators such as product quality and supply capacity in ZJ Company’s original supplier evaluation index system,and making ZJ Company’s asphalt supplier evaluation index more comprehensive.By comprehensively utilizing the survey questionnaire method,expert scoring method,and Analytic Hierarchy Process,we aim to improve the method for determining the weights of asphalt supplier evaluation indicators.By using this method,we can calculate the comprehensive weights of various indicators in the new system,improve and optimize the existing asphalt supplier selection evaluation system,and make it more in line with the characteristics and needs of ZJ Company.The research in this article can provide reference for the evaluation of other material suppliers for ZJ enterprises,as well as for the evaluation of suppliers for similar enterprises.
