Following the rapid growth of the world economy,market competition increases sharply and the external environment of enterprises becomes more complex.Therefore,more and more enterprises outsource non-core business and focus on core competitiveness in order to gain competitive advantages of cost and efficiency.Nowadays,this mode gradually develops into the competition of supply chain.Supply chain is actually a network,products and services are delivered to specific customer markets thorugh this network.In fact,the competitiveness of the supply chain determines the most cost of operation,the price and quality of final product as well as the market share,which ultimately reflects the market position of the enterprise through competition.As the start of entire supply chain,suppliers play a vital role in the performance of the supply chain and determine the supply chain competitiveness of the enterprise.Therefore,how to scientifically evaluate and select suppliers has become a key matter in supply chain management.This thesis takes H Company as the study object.Taking into account the characteristics of photovoltaic equipment manufacturing industry,this thesis uses the theoretical knowledge of data model and decision-making,supply chain management,operational research and other disciplines to research how to evaluate and select supplier basd on supplier selection strategy and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP),which is a critical problem of H company faces and needs to improve urgently.This thesis explains problems and chanllenge that H company meets in actual supplier evaluation and selection management.Meanwhile,it analizes the current operation strategy and detailed problems regarding supplier management of H company,the supplier selection strategy including procument management,supplier classification management and critical factors of supplier selection is established correspondingly.Moreover,a reasonable evaluation indicator system for supplier selection is built by using Delphi survey method.Furthermore,Suppliers are selected by using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)based on this evaluation indicator system.Finally,this thesis discusses the application of supplier evaluation and selection system in H Company.It provides decision making support for supplier management optimization in H Company.
