The Human Settlement Environment Of Zhuzhou City From The Perspective Of Livable City Suitability Evaluation

Based on the requirements of sustainable development of livable cities,based on the analysis of the status quo of Zhuzhou ’s jurisdiction,a human settlement environment suitability evaluation index system is constructed,and the weights are determined by the entropy method and the law of human settlement environment suitability changes from 2013 to 2017 Comprehensive evaluation,at the same time with the help of Arc GIS spatial analysis to study the spatial distribution differences of the human settlement environment suitability in the four districts of Tianyuan District,Lusong District,Hetang District and Shifeng District.Comprehensive subjective investigation and objective evaluation results,through the obstacle degree model to diagnose and analyze the key obstacle factors that affect the suitability of human settlements,and targeted from improving economic development level,strengthening ecological environment governance,and improving public service facilities.Recommend optimization suggestions.The research results show that:(1)From the time series,the overall suitability of the human settlement environment showed an upward change from 2013 to 2017,and the evaluation level also changed from grade V to grade I.The overall difference in the suitability of the human settlement environment is gradually narrowing.Among them,the lowest composite index in 2013 was 0.202,and the urban human settlement environment was greatly disturbed and destroyed.The highest composite index in 2017 was 0.860.The urban human settlement environment is less disturbed and destroyed;(2)From the perspective of spatial distribution,there are obvious differences in the suitability of the human settlement environment in the four districts under the municipal jurisdiction.Peak area.Among them,Tianyuan District(0.854)is a highly suitable area,Lusong District(0.781)is a relatively suitable area,Hetang District(0.583)is a general suitable area,and Shifeng District(0.438)is a critical suitable area;In terms of satisfaction with the suitability of the human settlement environment in the four districts under its jurisdiction,Jianning Street and Jianshe Street in Lusong District,Songshan Road Street and Taishan Road Street in Tianyuan District,Yuetang Street in Hetang District,and Xiangshiling Street in Shifeng District have higher satisfaction;(4)The top six indicators for the key obstacle factors are the per capita disposable income of urban residents,the number of students in ordinary middle schools,the per capita road area of the city,the proportion of residents’ cultural and entertainment expenditures in total household consumption expenditures,and the green coverage of urban built-up areas Rate,the amount of solid waste generated by industrial enterprises.The obstacles at the criterion level are involved in economic development,human environment,ecological environment,and social security,and are mainly concentrated at the criterion level of the human environment.
