A Study On The Suitability Of Human Settlements Before And After Reconstruction Of Miao Villages In Southeastern Guizhou Based On Tourism Development

At present,the domestic research on the suitability of human settlement environment mainly focuses on the research on the urban human settlement environment.The research angle mainly conducts comprehensive evaluation from several aspects such as urban residents' living environment,living environment,ecological environment and sustainable development.There is little research on the rural human settlement environment,especially on the reconstruction of the human settlement environment of the villages in ethnic regions where the economic development is relatively lagging.This article takes the Miao villages in Southeast Guizhou as the research object to carry out the research on the improvement strategy of the human settlement environment reform suitability.The topic selection angle is relatively new and has certain research value.The main research content of this paper is the main influencing factors and main characteristics before and after the reconstruction of the residential environment of the Miao nationality villages in Southeast Guizhou based on tourism development,as well as the evaluation and improvement strategies of the suitability of the village's residential environment.On the basis of learning from the relevant experience of urban human settlement environment research,the Delphi method is used to construct the evaluation index system of the human settlement environment suitability of the Miao ethnic group.The suitability of the human settlement environment before and after the village reconstruction was compared and analyzed.According to the results of the evaluation and comparative analysis,from the perspective of tourism development,the development strategy of the human settlement environment suitability of the Miao village in Southeast Guizhou is proposed.The main conclusions of this paper were as follows:(1)Through the characteristics and process of the reconstruction of the residential environment of Miao villages in Southeastern Guizhou,the main factors affecting the suitability of the village's residential environment reformation were political environment,economic conditions,social environment,humanistic environment,natural environment,public services,Seven factors,including supporting facilities.Among the factors affecting the political environment,there were problems such as insufficient government coordinating ability and village governance needs to be strengthened;among the factors affecting economic conditions,there were problems such as difficulty in increasing farmers' incomes and financial support;influencing factors of the social environment,there were problems such as weak agricultural industry support and agriculture.Difficulties such as weak production facilities;the influencing factors of the human environment include insufficient continuation of traditional farming activities and insufficient village characteristics;among the influencing factors of the natural environment,there were characteristics such as terrain and landforms that were not conducive to farmland production,and climatic conditions were unfavorable for the growth of crops;factors affecting public services There were problems that need to be solved urgently,such as the low level of medical cwere and the need to improve the quality of education;among the influencing factors of supporting facilities,there were phenomena such as low transportation convenience and low domestic waste disposal rate.(2)Through the research on the domestic and international human settlement environment suitability theory and the status quo of the evaluation system,after drawing on the experience of the relevant evaluation system of livable cities and analyzing the main content,main characteristics and main influencing factors of the human settlement environment transformation in Miao villages,Five criteria-level first-level indicators,including natural ecological environment,supporting facility environment,living condition environment,public service environment,and social relationship environment that affect the suitability of the human settlement environment in Miao villages,have been determined,as well as 23 impacts such as drinking water quality and air quality.The secondary index of the factor.Among them,the weight value of supporting facilities environment(0.5096)was the highest among the first-level indicators,and the weight value of social relationship environment(0.0467)was the lowest.Through the comprehensive evaluation results,combined with index weights,the livability degree of Miao villages was determined by fuzzy mathematics evaluation method.After analysis,the average score of human settlement environment suitability of Miao villages in Southeast Guizhou before the reconstruction was 0.5733 points,and the result of suitability evaluation was fair.After the reconstruction,the average score of the village's human settlement environment suitability was 0.7905 points,and the result of suitability evaluation was good.The results of the comprehensive evaluation were basically consistent with the actual situation before and after the village reconstruction,indicating that the evaluation system built was highly practical and scientific.(3)Through the analysis and combing of the research results,the strategies for improving the human settlement environment suitability of Miao villages were obtained.The strategy for improving the suitability of the village's human settlement environment was divided into the strategy for improving the environmental suitability of supporting facilities,the strategy for improving the suitability of the natural ecological environment,the strategy for improving the suitability of living conditions,the strategy for improving the suitability of public services,and the strategy for improving the suitability of social relations.
