Study On The Improvement Of The Suitability Of Human Settlements In Villages In Central Guizhou Based On The Transformation Of Human Settlements

At present,the domestic research on human settlements mainly focuses on the comprehensive evaluation of the suitability of human settlements from three aspects: ecological environment and ecology,urban living environment and sustainable development,and mostly focuses on the quantitative evaluation of the sustainable development of urban human settlements.In this paper,the village as the object,to enhance the suitability of human settlements research,selection angle was relatively novel.This paper mainly studies the main content and characteristics,main influencing factors,suitability evaluation and promotion strategies of village human settlements.Based on the urban experience,the analysis of the current situation and characteristics of village human settlements in Xishan Town,Xifeng County,and the main influencing factors,this paper constructs the suitability evaluation system of village human settlements Analysis of the formation of the suitability of human settlements to enhance the strategy.For the selected villages,AHP was used to determine the weight of the evaluation index,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to calculate the evaluation results to evaluate the livability of Xishan village in Xifeng County.The main conclusions of this paper were as follows:(1)Through the investigation of the current situation of the village living environment,it was concluded that the main contents of the transformation of the village living environment can be divided into four categories: living environment,supporting facilities,cultural atmosphere and management services.The characteristics of living environment: General in general,poor in some parts;supporting facilities: incomplete facilities,weak service ability;cultural atmosphere: weak public cultural service system;management service: low comprehensive service ability and level.(2)According to the process and characteristics of the transformation of the village living environment in Central Guizhou,the main factors affecting the suitability of the village living environment were summarized,including political factors,economic factors,social factors and natural factors.The main political reasons were that the government’s overall promotion was not strong enough and the public service was not in place;the lack of capital investment and financing difficulties lead to the inability of the follow-up of the transformation of the living environment;the cultural life was not rich enough and the comprehensive treatment effect was not obvious,which was a common social phenomenon;the village living environment was not beautiful enough,the infrastructure was not perfect and the rural ecological environment awareness education was lack The current situation of village living environment.(3)Through the study of domestic and foreign theories and evaluation of livable,the four criteria of influencing the suitability of the village living environment were determined by drawing on the evaluation experience of livable cities and livable towns,analyzing the main contents,characteristics and main influencing factors of the residential environment in Xishan Town,namely,living environment,supporting facilities,cultural atmosphere and management services.Among them,the supporting facilities were the most important,with the weight of 0.6513;the second was residential environment,with the weight value of 0.2186;the third was cultural atmosphere,with the weight value of 0.0799;the lowest management service;and the weight value of 0.0502.The index of the evaluation factor layer was 19.The most important five factors were medical facilities(0.2971),educational facilities(0.1682),safety and security(0.1294),commercial service facilities(0.1086),and family neighborhood relationship(0.0516).Through the comprehensive evaluation results,combined with the index weight,used fuzzy mathematics evaluation method to determine the degree of village livability,through analysis,Xishan town village living environment suitability score of Xifeng County was 0.2021,the result of suitability was general.The most suitable villages were Wen’an Village(0.2363),Tianchong Village(0.2349),Luwo Village(0.2328),Xishan Village(0.2218),Zhuchang Village(0.1942),Xinzhaigou Village(0.1905)and Shengli Village(0.1731),and Lianhe Village(0.1332).Wen’an village,Tianzhong village,Luwo village and Xishan village had a moderate and high suitability.The suitability of pig farm village,Xinzhaigou village and Shengli village was between low and general,and that of Union Village was low.The comprehensive evaluation results were basically consistent with the actual situation of the village,indicating that the evaluation system was scientific and practical.(4)Through combing and analyzing the previous research results,the development timing and suitability promotion strategy of village human settlement environment transformation were obtained.The development sequence was divided into three stages: urgent solution,key construction and follow-up.The strategies for improving the suitability of village living environment include the strategies for improving the suitability of living environment,supporting facilities,cultural atmosphere and management services.
