Research On The Evaluation Of The Suitability Of Rural Human Settlement Environment In The World Natural Heritage Site

At present,domestic and foreign scholars have conducted various studies on livable villages and heritage protection,but they have paid less attention to the residents of heritage sites,and the research on rural human settlements in heritage sites is even more lacking.Residents of heritage sites have lived here for generations,and are the most closely related to local nature,history,and culture.They constitute the main body that poses the greatest threat to conservation work in the traditional sense,as well as the main body of environmental protection work.How to develop rural areas,improve the quality of life of residents,and enhance the suitability of local human settlements under the influence of heritage protection has become a current research hotspot.This paper takes the villages in Dayi area of the Habitat of Giant Pandas in Sichuan Province as the research object,and carries out the research on the strategy of improving the suitability of human settlements.The topic is relatively new and has certain research value.This paper mainly studies the main contents,characteristics,suitability evaluation and improvement strategies of the improvement of rural human settlements in the world natural heritage sites.Based on the analysis of the current situation and characteristics of rural human settlements in Dayi area of the Habitat of Giant Pandas in Sichuan Province,drawing on the protection and development of livable villages and natural heritage,this paper constructs an evaluation system for the suitability of rural human settlements,Improvement strategies and development suggestions are given.This article is mainly divided into three parts:The first part(Chapters 1 and 2): This part starts with the research background,explaining the purpose and significance of the research,the current research situation at home and abroad,research methods,research content,research technology route framework,relevant concepts,research summary,and the main content and characteristics of the research area,and sorting out the main evaluation research ideas of the paper,laying a foundation for future evaluation and analysis research.Through relevant literature inquiry and current situation investigation,the main contents of rural human settlements in Dayi area of the Habitat of Giant Pandas in Sichuan Province are divided into five categories: socio-economic environment,ecological environment,infrastructure environment,public service environment and living conditions environment.Overall,the socio-economic level is low and development is uneven;The current ecological environment is good,but the management level is low,and the residents’ awareness of protection is not strong;The infrastructure is generally good,but still needs to be improved;Public service capacity is weak;The living conditions are average,and the quality of housing needs to be improved.Part Ⅱ(Chapters 3 and 4): According to the main characteristics of rural human settlements in Dayi District of the Habitat of Giant Pandas in Sichuan Province,referring to relevant literature and standards,this part uses Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process and other methods to select evaluation indicators,builds a scientific and reasonable rural human settlements evaluation system,and applies it to Dayi District of the Habitat of Giant Pandas in Sichuan Province for example verification.Among them,entropy method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to calculate the index weight and the suitability value of human settlements.A horizontal comparison of the seven villages in the study area is conducted,and the results show that they are generally consistent with the survey situation,proving that the evaluation system is feasible and practical,with a certain reference value.Part Ⅲ(Chapters 5 and 6): The Grey correlation method is used to calculate the correlation value between the suitability and various indicators,and the construction sequence of improving the suitability of rural human settlements in Dayi area of the Habitat of Giant Pandas in Sichuan Province is obtained,which is divided into three stages,namely,priority construction,key promotion and follow-up.Based on the analysis and summary of the previous research results,the strategies for improving the suitability of rural human settlements in Dayi area of the Habitat of Giant Pandas in Sichuan Province are divided into five parts,namely,the strategies for improving the suitability of socio-economic environment,ecological environment,infrastructure,public service and living conditions.Finally,the full text is summarized.
