The safe and smooth operation of transport aircraft must be guaranteed by strong maintenance work.The safety of civil aircraft is closely related to the quality of the personnel involved in civil aircraft maintenance.Therefore,improving the technical level of airline maintenance personnel is the key to ensure the sustainable and stable development of civil aviation industry.GJ is a private airline company founded in 2012.The existing maintenance training and the requirement of the rapid growth of man-machine ratio can not be met.The number and skill level of maintenance personnel restrict the introduction of aircraft and the development of the company.Therefore,this paper designs a scientific and reasonable on-the-job training system for maintenance personnel to improve the quality of aircraft maintenance and personnel security.Based on the systematic summary of the relevant theories of training,training system and on-the-job training,starting from the current situation of GJ Company,through interviews,it is found that there are three major problems in the training of maintenance personnel in the company:insufficient analysis of training needs,imperfect training system and lack of on-the-job training.From this point of departure,it follows the principles of conformity,systematicness and operability.Firstly,it is obtained through questionnaire survey.Based on the feedback data of the training system,the on-the-job training system for maintenance personnel has been greatly revised from five aspects:training needs survey,training plan formulation,training curriculum design,trainer selection and training plan implementation,and the training effect has been designed and improved by using Don Kirkpatrick’s four-level analysis method.After the design of the new on-the-job system,the main functions and characteristics of the new training system are analyzed by means of simulation test and historical comparison,and the practical application of the training system is explained.It is hoped that this study will provide reference for other similar enterprises.
