The training of grass-roots employees has always been the focus of research in the field of human resources.Enterprises need to train employees to improve the quality of their products or services and win competitive advantages in the market.The research found that in the complex and changing market environment,there is a significant positive correlation between the quality of enterprise products or services and the quality of employees.Therefore,enterprises are paying more attention to improving the comprehensive quality of grass-roots employees.Practice has proved that there are two basic ways to improve the talent structure of enterprises and comprehensively improve the quality of employees: one is to introduce high-quality talents from outside;Second,carry out targeted training for internal employees.Under the background of fierce talent competition,the internal staff training has become an inevitable choice for enterprises to improve the talent structure and enhance the overall talent level.For those enterprises that are limited by their own conditions(scale,technical level,popularity,etc.)and are difficult to attract talents with generous remuneration,targeted training for internal employees has become an important means to improve their talent structure and comprehensively enhance their employees.Therefore,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study the orientation,concept,organizational form,content definition,path method,assessment and evaluation of the training of grass-roots employees in small and medium-sized enterprises.This paper takes the grass-roots staff training of X Power Company as an example to practice,discusses the common problems and causes of internal staff training in small and medium-sized enterprises,and puts forward corresponding improvement schemes and safeguard measures.The paper is mainly divided into three parts: literature review of employee training theory,analysis of X Power Company’s internal employee training status quo,X Power Company’s internal employee training improvement plan and safeguard measures.Firstly,this paper summarizes the concept,content,types,methods and theories of employee training,discusses the characteristics of different employee training theories(training needs analysis theory,adult learning theory,satisfaction evaluation model,and offset model),and reviews the practice and evaluation of employee training theories.Then,it analyzes and studies the current situation of grassroots staff training of X Power Company,summarizes the operating situation,organizational structure and human resources of X Power Company,arranges the staff training process and environment of the company,analyzes the existing problems in the current grassroots staff training,and discusses the causes of these problems.Finally,based on previous theories such as training demand theory,adult learning theory,satisfaction evaluation model and Coriolis model,X Electric Power Company has designed a grass-roots employee training program in line with its actual situation,aiming at the problems of poor training effect and low employee satisfaction.In the training implementation stage,the training management system should be improved,the lecturers’ teaching ability should be improved,the training business budget should be increased,the learning culture should be established,and the information construction should be improved to provide guarantee measures.The research content and results of this paper have certain reference value and significance for small and medium-sized enterprises to improve the training program of grass-roots staff and improve the training effect of grass-roots staff. |
