In May 2020,the Civil Aviation Administration of the People’s Republic of China revised the CCAR-66 regulations for the third time.This revision has substantially revised a series of training and examinations requirements for civil aviation maintenance personnel.For civil aviation maintenance personnel,this change turns the maintenance personnel training license into the most basic aviation industry qualification certificate.Based on the market opportunities brought by this reform,the relevant institutions of civil aviation maintenance personnel training have adopted lowcost competition strategies,such as expanding the training scale,reducing the training cycle,and reducing training fees attempt to quickly occupy the market share.After a period of fierce competition,related issues have emerged: at the present stage which price wars are the main means of competition,how the training institutions conduct course design to attract the trainers;How to improve training satisfaction;How to getting rid of the current situation of vicious competition as soon as possible,and realizing the transformation of competitive strategy is a common issue on the development path of all civil aviation maintenance training institutions.Firstly,this thesis introduces the background and related content of the subject research;Secondly,it introduces related theories such as training evaluation and the development bottlenecks,which encountered in the current enterprise.Then,through questionnaire survey and house of quality,the training requirements are refined and transformed into technical requirements as the implementation direction of training institutions to improve the level of satisfaction;After that,the scientific tools such as training demand analysis method,learning pyramid theory,brain-friendly theory and competency model are used to formulate specific improvement and optimization plans,which will improve the level of training satisfaction while lay a solid foundation for the long-term development of training institutions K in the future.Finally,the implementation effect of the improvement plan is verified through the Kirkpatrick Model method.Through the research on the improvement of satisfaction of training institutions K,this thesis provides a scientific analysis method for improving the level of training satisfaction,and provides new ideas and inspirations for civil aviation maintenance training institutions to break through the development bottleneck at present stage,and finally improve the quality of maintenance personnel training and serve the development needs of China’s civil aviation at this stage.
