| With the rapid development of society and the continuous development of the times,the world begins to move towards the era of knowledge economy and sharing economy.The development ofmarket economy has brought about great changes in people’s ideas.Due to the rapid development of society,the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,which is unprecedented,and enterprises are facing great challenges.How to effectively respond to the changes in the market,the most important thing for enterprises to obtain competitiveness is talents.For enterprises,talents are not only resources,talents are also capital at the same time.For human capital,the most important investment mode is training,and enterprises pay more and more attention to it.The enterprise’s investment in training can improve the employee’s ability in an all-round way,deeply explore the employee’s potential,and let the employee undertake the difficult work,so that the enterprise can develop deeply.Although some enterprises begin to realize the role of training,in practice,due to the lack of scientific training needs analysis,the training plan is not consistent with the enterprise development strategy,and there is a shortage of training resources and no diversity of training courses.staff participation enthusiasm is low,training effect evaluation is not in place,resulting in the training effect is not significant.Especially with the current rapid development of enterprises,the need for staff ability improvement,knowledge system improvement and quality improvement is more urgent.Therefore,in the process of enterprise development,the most important question is staff training.Based on the above background,this paper uses the methods of questionnaire and literature research to investigate and analyze the current situation of staff training in Company A.through the results of the questionnaire survey,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the problems in the current training process,and finds out the causes of the above problems,so as to formulate optimization measures to improve the staff training system of Company A.First of all,make clear the research purpose of this paper,sort out the theories related to staff training at home and abroad,summarize them,and then get the research content and methods of this paper.Secondly,take A company as an example,introduce the specific situation of the employees,discuss the current situation of the company’s training,and compare it with the staff training in the same industry.Based on this,design A company training demand questionnaire,design training satisfaction questions,focus on the problems in the process of staff training,self-emphasis,effectiveness and scientific aspects,in-depth analysis of the causes of this problem.In addition,combined with the specific training practice of A company,the relevant optimization strategies are put forward. |
