With today’s competition increasing,every enterprise faces great challenges.In this context,human resources development’s importance for company competition has been realized by many enterprises.And the enterprises’ competition becomes the competition for talents little by little.For enterprises,the quality of grassroots employees is an important index to weigh enterprises’ development.The built of an efficient grassroots employees team can push forward the enterprises’ developing.Training is an important channel to increase employees’ knowledge,promote their growth and enhance their quality in personnel training.As a large manufacturing company with many grassroots employees.The grassroots employees play a necessary role in the production of the company.However,There are a good many of problems in grassroots staff training for B enterprise.Combined with related theory,I made questionnaire survey and interview analysis about the current situation of grassroots staff training in Enterprise B.And I summarized the problems in B enterprise grass-roots staff training: lacking of training demand analysis,training plan is unreasonable,lacking of training evaluation mechanism,lacking of grass-roots staff training consciousness.According these problems and present situation,the corresponding countermeasures were given,namely to strengthen grass-roots staff training needs analysis,formulate rational and effective training plans,set up perfect training evaluation system and strengthen grass-roots staff training consciousness.I hope these countermeasures can have a positive effect on the training of grassroots employees of Enterprise B.As a result,the development of Enterprise B can be promoted. |
