Research On Landscape Design Strategies Of Public Space In Open Residential Areas Fromthe Perspective Of POE

In the rapid development of our society and economy,the mode of urban residential area is changing with the tide of the times,and the living environment of human settlements is also constantly updated and iterated.In the past 20 years,most of the residential patterns in China have been closed type.High wall and large scale are the prominent characteristics of such settlements.Now,the country is more and more aware of the disadvantages of traditional residential mode.Under the influence of increasingly prominent urban problems and the development of residential areas in developed countries,China’s residential mode is also moving towards a more diversified direction.In February 2016,the State Council issued several opinions on Further Strengthening the management of urban planning and construction,advocating to break the closed mode of existing residential areas,dismantle the walls and build open residential areas.The transformation of residential mode will also alleviate the current serious traffic congestion in the city.At the same time,the opening of residential area also means that the public facilities resources that only serve the internal will serve more people,which not only promotes the neighborhood relationship,but also further enhances the vitality of the city.Based on this background,this paper makes an in-depth study and Discussion on the open residential public space landscape environment with the help of post evaluation method.In China,the research and application of post use evaluation is still in the initial stage in the public space of open residential areas,and a set of scientific,reasonable and operable evaluation procedures and systems are established,so as to summarize and propose strategies for the problems existing in the built-up residential environment,which has important practical significance for the development of open residential areas in China.The first two chapters of this paper focus on the development of open residential public space at home and abroad and the theory of post occupancy evaluation(POE)in order to lay a solid theoretical foundation and prepare for subsequent research.The third chapter constructs the evaluation system of public space landscape in open residential area,successively establishes the field investigation framework of "city space human" and the framework of project evaluation research,formulates the evaluation route,and carries out the evaluation design from qualitative and quantitative aspects.In the fourth chapter,the application of the evaluation system is studied.Two typical open residential areas in Qingdao are selected for in-depth investigation.The use of document analysis,behavior observation,semi-structured interview,structural questionnaire and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)are used to evaluate the use of the target environment qualitatively and quantitatively.This paper puts forward the public space design elements of open residential area and corresponding 24 evaluation indexes,and constructs the evaluation index system of public space landscape design of open residential area on this basis.Finally,through the analysis of the survey data and the experience of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper summarizes the landscape design strategy of public space in open residential area,in order to provide reference for the future project design and the improvement of existing projects.
