The development of urban living in China has experienced the pattern of the Lili system,the Lifang system,the street alley system,the Lixiang style,the workers'new village model,the unit courtyard type,and the modern residential community.At present,China's residential model is based on closed settlements.Cell mode.In the process of urbanization,there have been traffic congestion,imbalanced supply and demand of public ancillary services,reduced public exchanges among residents,and a sharp increase in psychological pressure.The large-scale and large-scale emergence of closed settlements is one of the main causes of such phenomena.The opening of settlements is of great significance for solving urban problems.Research methods:mainly through field research and questionnaire survey,using post-use evaluation to systematically study the openness of Kunming urban residential areas.The main content of the study:(1)Construction of an open-use evaluation method for urban residential areas in Kunming;(2)Using post-use evaluation to analyze and evaluate the planning structure layout,open mode,traffic organization,supporting facilities,public greening,and satisfaction of Kunming urban residential areas;(3)According to the opening status and existing problems of Kunming urban residential areas,the opening strategy and optimization suggestions are proposed.Analysis conclusion:(1)The urban residential area of Kunming presents a semi-open mode as the main open mode.The main roads,public supporting service facilities and some public green spaces in the residential areas are open to the outside world.Some open areas are open to the public and parking is difficult.The supply and demand of public facilities are not balanced and management is not in place.(2)In the opening of residential areas,combined with the natural environment characteristics of Kunming cities and the living characteristics of Kunming urban residents,the quality and quantity of outdoor pro-green space and shadow space are improved.(3)The opening of the completed community,adopting the"large open,small closed"planning structure and the open mode of the "open residential area-semi-open group-closed neighborhood unit-closed residential building",the network structure of the network format and The traffic flow line of people and vehicles should be strengthened.The accessibility,utilization rate and safety passability of the roads should be strengthened.The public facilities should be arranged in a centralized,continuous and scaled manner to improve the quality of public green space and form a public that meets the different activities and psychological needs of residents.space.(4)To open the new residential area,it is necessary to control the scale and opening scale of the residential area,the direction of the road,the density and shape of the road network,the scale and location of the public supporting facilities,and balance the relationship between privacy and publicity.,to distinguish the spatial level.The innovation of the research is to systematically study the openness of urban residential areas in Kunming through the construction of post-evaluation methods,and propose the opening strategy of Kunming urban residential areas,which has certain practical guidance for the construction of open residential areas in Kunming.
