The Landscape Design Of Outdoor Public Space Suitable For Aging In Old Residential Area

In the context of rapid economic development,people’s health is guaranteed,followed by the aging problem.The aging population in the society continues to increase,the original pension facilities have been unable to meet the current needs of the elderly,the need to design according to the national conditions in line with the characteristics of China’s pension model.Taking into account China’s special national conditions,coupled with the influence of traditional ideas,the family endowment is still relatively large,and most of the elderly will choose home endowment.At present,the landscape problems of residential areas are becoming increasingly prominent.In the city,there are many old residential areas established in the early stage that have unsatisfactory living environment,with safety risks,limited green space for the elderly to relax,not convenient transportation,and imperfect basic public facilities.If these problems can not be properly solved,it will greatly reduce the quality of home care level.Therefore,we need to reasonably improve and optimize the home care environment for the elderly,enhance the life quality of the elderly,and create a good environment for the physical and mental health of the elderly.Therefore,the study of the elderly living environment optimization design has very important practical significance,need to arouse enough attention.Firstly,under the background of population aging,the research direction is aging landscape,and the outdoor public space of the old community is taken as the research object.The research status at home and abroad is analyzed,and the research contents and methods are determined.Secondly,theoretical research is carried out on the elderly,the old community and outdoor public space,the basic characteristics and behavioral needs of the elderly are analyzed,and the importance of suitable landscape for aging in the old community is expounded.Thirdly,through the study of excellent cases at home and abroad and the current situation of the representative three old communities in Xianyang City,and comprehensive questionnaire survey and interview to collect data,summed up the problems existing in the outdoor public space of the old community and the elderly’s needs for the living environment;Finally,combined with relevant theories,the design methods suitable for the elderly are summarized in terms of activity space,road system,landscape design,public service facilities,sketch and sign system,etc.Finally,the paper takes Ermian Community in the northwest of Xianyang City as an example to make the corresponding design scheme and carry out the practical application of the research results,which is helpful for the research and practice of aging suitable landscape design of outdoor public space in the old community.Hope that through this paper preliminary studies and transformation design,to improve the external environment and improve the elderly,make community outdoor space more meet the needs of the elderly living life and daily leisure,at the same time can improve the related theory and practice,described the design of modern residential outdoor space of the branch of provide certain reference.
