| With the improvement of China’s urbanization level and the diversified development of residents’ living needs,the urban problems brought by closed residential areas are becoming more and more obvious.As a settlement model that can solve the above problems,open residential area has gradually become the focus of attention.In February 2016,the State Council issued the “Several Opinions on Further Strengthening the Management of Urban Planning and Construction”,proposing that open residential area is the development direction of urban settlements.Therefore,exploring the open residential area model applicable to China’s urban space and housing needs is of great significance to the development of the city.The external space of the settlement is most closely related to the city and carries the public life.It is the core content of the study.Based on the perspective of urban design,this paper uses the Post-occupancy Evaluation method to study the external space of open residential area in Guangzhou,and attempts to explore the external space design of open residential area based on the evaluation conclusions.On the one hand,I hope to provide suggestions for the construction practice of open residential area in the future,on the other hand,I hope to build an evaluation factor model for the external space of open residential area,and provide reference for future related evaluation research.First of all,based on the research and analysis of the relevant external space theory and practice cases,this paper proposes the external space elements of open residential area from the perspective of urban design,which lays the foundation for the following.Secondly,combined with the external space elements and exploratory research results,the satisfaction evaluation index system of the external space of Yunjing Garden was constructed.Based on the evaluation method of “structure-humanity”,the comprehensive evaluation conclusions are obtained through quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,and an evaluation factor model with six common factors is derived.Finally,combined with the evaluation conclusions of Yunjing Garden and its external space design characteristics,the external space design of open residential area was discussed from four aspects: residential scale,functional supporting facilities,open space and road traffic space. |
