Study On The Planning Of Public Space In Residential Area From The Perspective Of Urban Block

Under the background of the diversified development of the world’s living quarters,the residential construction mode in our country has been based on the enclosed residential area.In recent years,there are more and more discussions about the construction of open residential areas.Major cities have begun to build an open living area.《Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Further Strengthening the administration of urban planning and construction》(hereinafter referred to as opinion)released in February 2016 also clearly pointed out that the strengthening of the planning and construction of the District,sub step clear new block area,promote the development of open and convenient,suitable scale,supporting the perfect neighborhood harmonious living block.New residential blocks to promote the block system,in principle,construction of residential areas is no longer closed.There have been some practice in many cities in our country.From the traditional large scale closed community to the small scale open residential area.The public space of the residential area is also changed from large scale and inward type space into small scale and the dispersed and internal combined space.This change has a great impact on the construction of urban residential areas,urban construction and urban living style and residents communication style.However,at present,our country has already built the public space of open residential district,and has not fundamentally improved the lack of public space and the urban isolation caused by the closed residential area.It can be seen that the public space design of open residential district is the key problem to be solved urgently.Good residential areas of public space providing a richer living life for residents,residential integration into the city.The design of public space in open residential district can provide better urban life for the residents and realize the sharing of space resources.In this paper,from the perspective of urban blocks,the public space of residential quarters in our country is taken as the research object.Through the research of relevant literature,case studies at home and abroad,case study analysis of field investigation,The problems and reasons of the public space of open residential district in our country are summarized.Put forward the planning strategy suitable for the design of public space in China.
