Under the historical background of building a harmonious coexistence between human and nature and establishing a sound economic system of green and low-carbon cycle development,the development of nuclear power is an important means to promote energy structure optimization,industrial structure transformation and the construction of "One Belt And One Road".In the process of nuclear power development and construction,nuclear power project management enterprises need to constantly improve the project management capacity and level,and attach great importance to the application of project risk management in the whole construction process.Equipment procurement of nuclear power project is one of the important parts under the EPC contracting mode,and is closely related to upstream engineering and downstream construction.It is an important guarantee for the smooth development of the project to supply the nuclear power project equipment on time.Therefore,effective risk control should be carried out during the procurement process of nuclear power project equipment in order to ensure the smooth progress of equipment procurement in upstream design,bidding,contract signing,processing and manufacturing,supervision,delivery acceptance,transportation and other aspects,and finally deliver the equipment on time.By analyzing the current situation of the risk management system for nuclear power project equipment procurement of Company A,this paper proposes that there are five aspects to be improved in risk management of nuclear power multi-project equipment procurement of Company A and gives the reason analysis.Based on the relevant theoretical knowledge of project management and combined with the management characteristics of Procurement Center of Company A,suggestions for improvement and optimization are given respectively for the above five aspects:Strengthen the comprehensive risk management awareness,expand and strengthen the scope and depth of risk identification for equipment procurement and establish TOP 10 risk mechanism;Introduce risk monitoring and warning system to diversify the methods of risk identification of equipment procurement;Construction multi-project equipment procurement risk information management platform according to the characteristics of enterprises;Establish the risk database of nuclear power multi-project equipment procurement;Introduce the theory of earned value to test the effectiveness of risk management application through quantifiable dynamic data indicators.This paper gives the conclusion by analyzing that the general contracting enterprise of nuclear power project should strengthen the overall risk management and carry out the risk management culture,improve and optimize risk management methods continuously,form equipment procurement risk management system applicable to native conditions and the characteristics of nuclear power general contracting companies,construct special risk management information platform,improve risk database of nuclear power project equipment procurement gradually,and form the normalized and standardized risk management system of nuclear power multi-project equipment procurement eventually.
