In recent years,with the rapid development of my country’s economy and the increasing use of electricity by industry and urban and rural residents,the main force of my country’s power development has gradually changed from thermal power and hydropower to nuclear power.Nuclear energy is a form of energy that requires strict management during use.If nuclear energy is improperly constructed and managed,once a leak occurs,the consequences will be unimaginable,which will directly endanger the lives of the people and even affect the health of several generations.If nuclear energy wants to play its due role,nuclear power plants are an important safeguard measure and are responsible for ensuring the safety of nuclear energy use and operation.At the same time,nuclear power projects generally have the characteristics of high cost,large investment,and long construction period.This requires nuclear power construction to pay special attention to the risks of quality control and schedule control.This paper takes CAP1400 Demonstration Project of China National Nuclear Power as the specific research object,and conducts a comprehensive understanding of the project overview,site selection,and construction status of CAP1400 Demonstration Project of China National Nuclear Power.Based on this,choose to use on-site investigation method and expert investigation method to identify the risks of the project.On the basis of summarizing the relevant theories on risk management at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of the China National Nuclear Demonstration Power Plant Co.,Ltd.undertaking the construction of CAP1400 Demonstration Project of China National Nuclear Power,it analyzed the risk types of nuclear power construction projects.Combining the types of risks and summarizing the results of previous studies and consulting the opinions of relevant experts,a risk evaluation index system for CAP1400 Demonstration Project of China National Nuclear Power was established.The index system was used to establish a comprehensive risk evaluation model for CAP1400 Demonstration Project of China National Nuclear Power,and CAP1400 Demonstration Project of China National Nuclear Power was evaluated.The results showed that the risk level of the project was "medium".In response to the evaluation results,the article proposes corresponding risk response measures.This article studies the risk actual situation of CAP1400 Demonstration Project of China National Nuclear Power,guided by relevant risk evaluation and management theories,and aims to explore the application of risk management theories and methods in actual construction projects,and understand the advantages and disadvantages of risk management theories at home and abroad,Has accumulated certain experience and lessons in the risk management of nuclear power construction projects,in order to provide targeted guidance for the construction of similar projects in the future,promote the improvement of the project management and risk management level,and ensure that enterprises get better and faster development of.
