Research On Risk Management Of Integrated Management Information System Project Of HB Company

With the rapid development of information technology,strengthening the construction and application of information system plays an important role in improving the quality of products and services and improving the management efficiency of enterprises.With the implementation of the policy of "separating plant network and bidding for Power network " in electric power enterprises,electric power enterprises are facing the great challenge of electricity market reform.This challenge requires rapid response ability of the enterprises,and the construction of information is an important way to achieve rapid response.While the HB company of Huadian Group has made great achievements in the last round of information construction,the lack of overall planning and design leads to the dispersion and isolation of the management information system,leaving a series of problems,which has become the bottleneck of the enterprise information construction.This paper takes the risk management of HB company's integrated management information system development project as the research object,deeply analyses the various risks faced by the project,and puts forward the risk prevention measures.The main work of this paper includes: Firstly,the theory of project risk management is summarized,including the concept of risk,risk management process and risk management methods.These theories and methods of risk management provide a theoretical basis for the research of this paper.Secondly,the development project of integrated management information system of HB company is introduced.According to the specific situation of the project,the risk of the project is identified.In risk identification,risk checklist and Delphi method are used.The main risks of the project are demand risk,development risk,security risk,management risk and technology risk.The meaning and content of these risks are qualitatively analyzed.Thirdly,the paper quantitatively evaluates the project risk of integrated management information system development of HB company,calculates and analyses the impact degree and possibility of each risk occurrence,ranks the project risk factors according to the risk value of different risks,and finds out the main risks affecting the project of integrated management information system development of HB company.Finally,according to the different risks of HB company's integrated management information system development project,according to the impact of risk on the overall project,the paper formulates corresponding strategies respectively,in order to achieve the effective management of project risk and ensure the successful implementation of the project.
