This thesis studies the management schemes and processing methods for the related tasks for risk management in domestic large scale industrial equipment installation engineering projects. The goal is to provide a kind of reasonable and practical solution to domestic enterprises in their engineering risk management practices.This thesis presents the following works with emphasis on the project progression, cost and quality risk managements based on domestic enterprises'realities. At first it analyzes major risk factors for each kind of risk problem and constructs the general management framework. For each risk management scheme it recognizes the major problems with focuses on risk analytical evaluation problems. For each risk evaluation problem it construct specific solutions and makes some discussions on their practical applications and potential extensions. Combined with the large scale numerical control production line installation engineering cases, it presents the application of the constructed methods and techniques together with some discussions on the information support tool development.In construction of these methods the thesis emphasizes the quantitative aspects of these techniques in order to make the project manager easy to use them and understand the meanings of the analytic conclusions which is valuable to applications and improvements. The initial applications in project management practices show to some degeree these studies practicality.
