As for the steady development of nuclear power industry in China,China National Nuclear Corporation gradually implement the development strategy of "going out" for nuclear.Nuclear Simulator Center of China Nuclear Power Operational Technology Co.,Ltd.undertook the first ever overseas full scope simulator development project of the company.How to carry out more scientific management of the project on the basis of the standardized management procedure is a major problem that the company and the project manager must face.This article uses the continuous risk management model to conduct a project risk management study on the project.The risk identification of the project based on analysis of internal and external environment is conducted with real data and 106 risk factors are identified.On this basis,risk analysis is conducted on risk factors based on expert opinions,and the risk rating of each risk is assessed using risk matrix method and risk index tools.Afterwards,each risk response plan and measures are formulated by checklist tool according to the risk level,and a risk response plan is formed.In order to ensure that risk can be continuously tracked and controlled,the article has compiled a sample of a risk tracking management form as a management basis for subsequent risk tracking of the project.Finally,based on the above risk management process,this article forms the project management report and evaluates the project risk management results.Through the above research on risk management application,there is a positive significance on the project management of this project.And it also provides a positive guiding role for the establishment of the company's risk management program.
