China is a big consumer of pork,and it is also a big pig breeding country.The pig breeding industry has always been an important industry in China’s agricultural production.In recent years,the breeding of pig farms is developing in the direction of scale and intensification.Under the trend of the rapid development of the large-scale pig farm construction,G Company has much more pig farm construction projects than before.But it also faces the pressure from its competitors and owners’ requirements for shortening pig farm construction time and speeding up the delivery of pig farms.This means that the owner can recover the cost of investment and get profits early.For G Company,it can save more time to invest in more construction projects and make more profit.The thesis takes the optimization of the construction plan as the research object of G Company which is general contractor for livestock farm construction.Based on the construction schedule of project management and schedule control status of G company,it analysis various uncertain factors which influence G Company’s project schedule construction.Combining with various uncertainties of project path of chain,it built uncertainty index system affecting the construction progress of G Company.Entropy method is used to make quantitative evaluation of each task of the project under the uncertainty index and calculate the weight value of each uncertainty index.The TOPSIS method is used to sort each task,which takes more safety time as a buffer to deal with the uncertainty of the project due to the task affected by the uncertainty.The quantitative buffer model can be used to deal with the influence of uncertain factors in project schedule management.Finally,it takes the construction of a pregnant building in X swine farm construction project for an example to verify the effective solution to solve the practical problem of slow construction process of G Company.
