Research On The Strategy Of Micro-Renewal Of Pedestrian Space In Old Communities

The 2015 Central City Work Conference proposed to transform the urban development mode,improve the urban governance system,and improve the city's governance capacity;focus on promoting new urbanization with people as the core,and effectively alleviate various "urban diseases." In 2017,the “Guiding Opinions on Strengthening Urban Remediation Work for Ecological Restoration” issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development proposed “repairing urban functions and improving environmental quality”.At the city scale,in the process of organic renewal of the city,the old community,as one of the important components of the city,is also undergoing various updates in line with the development of the times.The paper closely focuses on the walking behavioral needs and behavioral processes,carries out the attribute research and composition analysis of the walking space as a space carrier,identifies the “negative space” in the old community that restricts and hinders the walking behavior,and then proposes a targeted transformation strategy and method.The old community walking space micro-update strategy is based on the residents' walking behavior to find the "micro-update" point,confirm the "micro-update" object,and finally perform a "micro-update" of the complete set of processes.Therefore,in the second chapter,the author analyzes the walking needs and behavior types of community residents.The third chapter analyzes the composition of walking micro-space in old communities based on residents' walking behavior.Based on the residents' walking behavior,the micro-space is evaluated.Adapting to the "negative" space of residents' needs;Chapters 4 and 5 construct the framework of micro-renewal of community walking space,that is,two layers of space action layer and system design circle layer are discussed: space action The circle layer is the specific action measures of the walking space,including micro-update strategy measures and “negative” space activation means to study the micro-update strategy of the old community walking space;the fifth chapter is the system design based on space action,which is Institutional guarantees for space operations,involving micro-updated participants and micro-update models.
