Research On Micro-Renewal And Construction Of Landscape Of Resettlement Communities Under The Guidance Of Multi-Dimensional Goals

At present,Chinese urban construction is entering a new stage of transformation from incremental expansion to stock renewal.As the basic unit of urban governance,community is an important carrier and basic part of urban renewal,and also an important link to help urban comprehensive renewal and development.With the continuous progress and development of the times,the urban area has expanded,and the marginal rural areas have been replaced by the sweeping urbanization process.Resettlement community is a product of urbanization development and a special type of urban community.Compared with other ordinary commercial housing communities,such communities are characterized by short construction time,emphasis on "demolition efficiency" rather than "post-treatment",low cost of facilities,unsound community management,single landscape space,lack of human connotation,complex personnel structure,etc.,so there are a series of environmental ecological and social problems in the community.This paper focuses the research object on the field of resettlement communities.Through reading and sorting out the literature and learning the successful practical experience,and after absorbing the excellent concepts and cases of urban and community renewal in foreign countries,and the micro-renewal experience of old communities in China,it will carry out the micro-renewal of resettlement communities,which is the expansion and exploration of the micro-renewal research of old communities.Based on the multi-dimensional goals of landscape equity,cultural continuity and ecological sustainability,the paper first puts forward the optimization and transformation trend of the current domestic urbanization development and the demand for the improvement of the physical environment and social and cultural connotation of the people in the resettlement community,explains the concept of the research strategy "micro-renewal" and the research object "resettlement community" of the paper,and completes the domestic and foreign research summary of community micro-renewal and resettlement community;Secondly,it is the basic research on the resettlement communities.The paper introduces the current situation and distribution of the resettlement communities in Xi’an,and selects six resettlement communities according to different locations for field research and data comparison.Through field visits and questionnaires,it analyzes the general current situation of the resettlement communities in Xi’an and summarizes a set of micro-renewal strategies that are universal to the same communities in Xi’an,Finally,Xi’an Lejuchang Community is determined as a representative resettlement community for specific micro-renewal scheme design.The scheme starts from four aspects: spatial layout renewal and transformation,spatial details improvement,ecological sustainable landscape construction and regional historical and cultural reconstruction,so as to make it a resettlement community that achieves the multi-dimensional goals of landscape fairness,ecological sustainability,and cultural continuity.Finally,a summary of the main points of this paper’s research is provided,combining the research conclusions with the relevant theories relied on in this paper.The shortcomings of the research are pointed out,and the future research directions for micro renewal of resettlement communities are prospected.This paper proposes a design strategy for the micro update of Xi’an Lejuchang community,providing a reference design strategy for similar types of resettlement communities.
