| As China’s urbanization has entered a new stage,the urban development model has gradually shifted from incremental development to stock development.At the same time,the 14 th Five Year Plan first mentioned "implementing urban renewal action",which is ushering in a wave of urban renewal in China.As an effective way to solve various problems in urban communities,community renewal provides a sound supervision system for community renewal by establishing an urban community renewal information platform,creating online channels for public participation in community renewal,introducing social capital,breaking the information island.The advanced technologies and ideas in the information age will be applied to the community renewal to provide direction for the further development of community renewal.This paper adopts the comparative research method and literature analysis method to study and analyze the mode of community renewal at present stage,and on the basis of the theory of multi-center governance and citizens ladder theory as the theoretical basis of the follow-up study,analyze the problems of community renewal at present stage in our country.To solve these problems,this paper proposes to build an urban community renewal information platform based on the concept of "one picture" technology,and analyzes its feasibility and advantages.This paper selects two representative case platforms for comparative study,analyzes the status quo of the community information platform at the present stage,such as function,structure,participation mechanism and actual effect,and concludes that there are problems in the current community update information platform.Problem-oriented and based on the technical concept of "one picture",this paper explores the construction of the overall operating framework of the community update information platform,and improves the main functions of the platform at the technical level,including the information resource framework of the community update information platform,the construction of the supervision system and the construction of the public participation mechanism.Finally,the paper takes Hefei Gongwan Community as the object of practice,integrates and utilizes the existing community renewal related platform resources in the community,constructs the technical framework of Gongwan community renewal based on the urban community renewal information platform and puts it into practice,establishes the information platform of "Live in Gongwan",and analyzes the main functions of the information platform,including: Query and display relevant planning information,collect planning and construction opinions and participate in design,guide community residents to participate in offline community-related activities,and attract social capital to participate in community renewal.Using the community update information platform of "Live in Gong Wan" to intervene in the community update,this paper puts forward a brief strategy of community update according to the current situation.Figure: [40],Table: [22],Reference: [93]... |
