In View Of The Research On The Two District Project Information Management System Of Xincheng Dongyuan

With the progress of science and technology,the advantages of information management and traditional management mode are gradually emerging.Project management is a top priority in the management of construction companies.With the rapid development of information technology,the degree of informatization affects the efficiency of construction project operation and the implementation of project management.It sets up an engineering management information platform and system suitable for the actual development of construction projects,which helps to strengthen the information construction of projects.In view of the research of the two district project information management system of Xincheng Dongyuan in Chengdu,This paper studies the current situation of informatization management in bidding management process,budget management process,subcontracting management process,progress management process,material procurement management,fund management,safety and quality management,etc.It is concluded that there are some problems in the informationization management,such as lack of accumulation of basic data,imperfection of financial system,lack of compound informationization management talents and isolation of informationization integration.In line with the principle of strengthening the project management construction,we should establish a unified database,increase the financial system,strengthen the training of high-quality information management personnel,and establish a comprehensive information management system.The project of Xincheng Dongyuan implements the information system,based on the management system,has formed the standard complete management procedure,realize engineering information sharing and remote office operation,and constantly improve the level of enterprise management and comprehensive efficiency.With the innovation and development of information technology,there will be more and more technical tools need to be integrated into the enterprise information process.Therefore,the openness of enterprises in the process of informatization is very important,and it is necessary to consider how to better integrate new tools with the original information system.
