To strengthen the project construction process management and establish excellent projects are important means to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises in fierce market competition and the requirement of enterprises development and harmonious socialist society.In the new situation,only to strengthen the method of construction process management on " transverse to the edge,the vertical to the end " and use the advanced project management method to continuously optimize the engineering project management according to the engineering actual situation,which can achieve good economic benefits and further improve the project management level in order to get advantages in the competition.Construction process management is a global,omnibearing and systematic management.Scientific and normative project management methodology is used in the construction project.The ultimate goal is to make all aspects of the construction more suitable to the requirements of the project itself.The organic and ordered combination of project quality control,project construction schedule control and total project cost control can meet the requirements of the project goals and maximize the benefits,so that the project ultimate objectives can be achieved successfully.In the project,the disharmony and conflict often emerged between the project plan and construction steps,the reason was the management methods in each link of construction projects did not combine with each other systematically and organically,which would bring a lot of problems to the management of project.This thesis took the project of Laiwu Steel Energy Control Center of Information as an example.From the perspective of the construction organization design,the paper introduces the management methods of project construction process,demonstrates the intrinsic connection of quality,schedule and cost of the project management in the construction process and points out the key position in the construction process management according to the construction technical difficulty and risk control measures.The achievements of this paper have important significance for our construction enterprises to improve the management level of similar project.
