| Construction projects have always been in the whole process of changing natural and social environment,are easily affected by money,resource,time,environmental and so on,are faced with a variety of conflicts,these can lead to not be successfully completed project quality,cost and schedule goals,and even is potential to cause significant losses and increase the risk of the project.Therefore,it is necessary to manage risks of the process of its construction of the projects.Risk management is to identify and analysis the possible loss of,to determine the size of the risk and take effective to deal with measures.This paper uses a road project as an example to identify risks,build a risk index system of construction project during construction of the project,using expert investigation and the AHP to analysis,and evaluate it.Finally,the paper puts forward various types of risk response strategiesAccording to the development of modern information technology,it can make more efficiency by using the technology.This paper took the construction safety risk as the example to analyze the application of knowledge mining,BIM and smart site on construction management,which was a kind of “try my best” to inspire the old industry. |
