Abstract/Summary:
The ministry of civil affairs and the national development and reform commission drafted and issued “the 13 th five-year plan for the development of civil affairs”(minfa [2016] no.107),which pointed out that the old-age care service system should be built in an all-round way based on home,community,institution and medical care."Home-based" fully illustrates the main future pension modes in China.Under the home-based pension mode for the elderly,the construction of livable environment for outdoor activity space in residential areas is imperative.High-rise residential areas in the city alleviate the land shortage and account for a higher proportion of the newly built residential areas.At present,there are many researches on the appropriate aging of outdoor activity space in multi-storey residential areas and old residential areas,but few researches on the appropriate aging of outdoor activity space in high-rise residential areas.Improving the aging level of outdoor activity space in high-rise residential areas can effectively improve the living quality of the elderly.To study and summarize the suitable aging problem of outdoor activity space types in high-rise residential areas can effectively improve the appropriate aging level of high-rise residential areas.First of all,this study reviews the relevant research progress at home and abroad,reviews the current research focus and research direction at home and abroad,and finds the gaps and deficiencies of the current research.Secondly,the aging status of outdoor activity space in high-rise residential areas in jinan was studied.This article selects the four settlements as a representative of a certain representative case,attention to the overall situation,traffic space,fitness space,communication leisure space,parent-child space and green landscape space has carried on the present situation of research and analysis,and combined with the usage of the elderly,the aging of the outdoor activity space of preliminary analyzed.Thirdly,the outdoor activities of the elderly in high-rise residential areas in jinan are observed and recorded.Based on the observation and research results,the spatial distribution map of outdoor activities of the elderly in high-rise residential areas was drawn at 8 o ’clock to 20 o ’clock in a day.By analyzing the time-space distribution map of outdoor activities of the elderly in each residential area,the temporal,spatial and type characteristics of outdoor activities of the elderly are found,and then the relevant needs of outdoor activities of the elderly are analyzed.Fourthly,questionnaire interviews were conducted on the elderly in high-rise residential areas.The questionnaire and interview results were used to conduct statistical analysis on the types,time periods and length of outdoor activities of the elderly.The related Suggestions and opinions on traffic space,fitness space,communication leisure space,parent-child space and green landscape space for the elderly are sorted out.In order to understand the elderly outdoor activities of the real situation and targeted recommendations.Finally,based on the analysis and summary of spatial demand from the perspective of the elderly’s behavioral characteristics,the paper analyzes and summarizes the elderly’s psychological characteristics and spatial demand,physiological characteristics and spatial demand,as well as behavioral characteristics and spatial demand.The problems of functional space and spatial elements are summarized.According to the problem orientation and demand orientation,the optimization strategies of traffic space,fitness space,communication leisure space,green landscape space and parent-child space are put forward.
