The Study Of The Optimization Strategy Of Outdoor Space In Urban High-rise Residential Areas

In recent years,as the proportion of high-rise residence in the development of urban residential district is increasing,the high-rise residence has become the main form of urban housing construction in our country.Therefore,the outdoor space of the residence — bearing the function of communication and entertainment in daily life,whose design and application are gradually concerned by home buyers,designers,planning and administrative departments and developers.By the deep investigation of high-rise residence in Jinan,the paper based on the existing relevantly theoretical research at home and abroad,systemically arrange the main problems in the planning and construction and use of high-rise residential outdoor space,analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward the corresponding optimizing strategy in order to improve the quality of the high-rise residential outdoor space,making the high-rise residential house more livable.The paper analyzes the space organization,function configuration and environmental design of the high-rise residential outdoor space,sorts out the basic theory,makes practical investigation and finds out their main problems.In addition,this article analysis the reasons from the perspective of technical regulations,provisions on administration and method of design and then putsforward the optimizing strategy.The paper mainly discusses the following three problems.First,based on the theoretical study of space organization,function configuration and environmental design of the high-rise residential outdoor space,along with the investigation in Jinan high-rise residential field research by questionnaire and interview,the paper summarizes the problems of the city high-rise residential outdoor space system from the aspects of spatial organization,function configuration and afforest environment.Second,based on the research,the paper analyzes the high-rise residential outdoor space organization and dissects the problems in functional allocation of outdoor space by the method of functional requirements change in outdoor space and design procedures.Moreover,I studies the issues of green space from the following prospective: attaching great importance to the function of green space landscape and despising use function;excessively depending on the underground parking which leads to the hollowness of a large number of subsurface;ignoring the sunshine in the activity space.Third,on the basis of the problem analysis,in terms of spatial organization,the paper puts forward the improvement measures from two dimensions,which are shaping life space along the residential commercial organization street and introducing "void" to control architecture continuous boundary value.In terms of space function,the paper puts forward the improvement measures from three dimensions,which are setting per capital open control indicators,improvingenvironment design in service facilities and attaching great importance to the function change of outdoor space in the aim of regression to life and igniting passion for social contacts.In terms of green space in outdoor space,the paper puts forward the improvement measures from the following dimensions:enriching hierarchical division of the central green space,improving the accessibility of public green space,ameliorating the sunshine in activity field,controlling empty area,increasing thickness of cover soil,etc.
