Study On The Aging Optimization Design Of Outdoor Public Space In High-Rise Areas Based On The Degree Of Residential Satisfaction

Since China entered the aging society,there has been an obvious trend of a large elderly population base,rapid growth,aging,disability and empty-nest.In this context,how to provide high-quality residential space environment for the elderly has become an important topic to be studied in the field of architecture and urban planning.The purpose of this paper is to explore the optimization strategy of outdoor public space in high-rise residential areas for the elderly group,and to provide reference for the aging renovation of outdoor public space in high-rise residential areas in China.(1)This paper conducts research based on high-rise residential areas,outdoor public space and satisfaction evaluation.Combined with the actual research on outdoor public space of high-rise residential areas in Wuhan,the psychological needs,physiological needs and behavior patterns of the elderly in the target community are comprehensively analyzed.Then,based on field investigation and related literature,on the basis of construct the traffic space,activity space,public facilities,landscape space,site atmosphere rule of five layers,40 evaluation index of the high-rise residential outdoor public space of the elderly living satisfaction evaluation model,using the evaluation model of high-rise residential outdoor public space of the questionnaire survey to the elderly Collect evaluation data and complete qualitative and quantitative composite evaluation research.(2)Based on the survey data,using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of residential traffic space,activity space,public facilities,landscape space and place atmosphere data calculation,get comprehensive residential satisfaction score a grade,criterion layer and index layer and map out the IPA quadrant diagram,it is concluded that the key to improve the area and the secondary improve area,further to the existing problems are summarized.From the perspective of the elderly group,the index factors affecting their residential satisfaction are obtained.For example: incomplete separation of people and vehicles,missing blind roads and roadside ramps,unreasonable layout of activity sites,single type of health facilities,poor health care of landscape plants,not rich cultural activities,etc.(3)Based on the results of residential satisfaction evaluation for the elderly,optimization strategies were proposed from five aspects,namely traffic space,activity space,public facilities,landscape space and place atmosphere,in accordance with the principles of integrality,historical continuity,intelligence and old age.At the level of traffic space,suggestions are put forward on the organization mode of roadway,parking lots,pedestrian paths and ramps.At the level of activity space,reasonable suggestions were put forward on the overall layout and detail optimization of fitness space,interaction space and parent-child activity space.At the level of public facilities,suggestions for the optimization of signs,lighting,awning,pet litter boxes,drying and intelligent facilities were put forward;At the level of landscape space,optimization suggestions were put forward for landscape layout,color and health care of plants.At the level of the atmosphere of the place,reasonable suggestions are put forward for cultural sketches,activity organization and property management.Then by comparing the comprehensive score of satisfaction evaluation: Baibu Longting Community(3.683)> Hukou Community(3.617)> Jinqiao Bay Garden Community(3.588)> Nanhu New Town Homeland Community(3.559).Finally,in view of the prominent problems in nanhu New Town home community from the overall planning to the typical space to make specific optimization design for the elderly,in order to create a high residential satisfaction of the elderly outdoor public space.
