| A good residential wind environment plays an important role in improving the overall environmental quality of the residential area.With the acceleration of urbanization,the contradiction between people and land in cities has intensified.In order to alleviate the pressure on land use and improve the utilization rate of land,high-rise residential areas are constantly being built.In addition,the frequent occurrence of severe weather such as smog in recent years and the wanton spread of the new coronavirus have also prompted people to pay more attention to the quality of the wind environment in residential areas.Taking Jinan as an example,this paper thesis the optimization design of outdoor wind environment in high-rise residential areas.Firstly,through literature reading,the research status,wind environment research methods and wind environment evaluation standards of residential outdoor wind environment at home and abroad are summarized,and the evaluation indicators,simulation research tools and simulation process used in this thesis are determined.Secondly,through on-the-spot investigation of some high-rise residential areas in Jinan urban area,the relevant factors affecting the outdoor wind environment of residential areas are summarized,including geographical location and surrounding environment of residential areas,single building form,planning layout form,building density,volume rate and outdoor green plants,etc.Through on-the-spot measurement and simulation of the outdoor wind environment in typical residential areas,combined with the results of the questionnaire survey,it is found that some high-rise residential areas have poor outdoor ventilation in summer,the area of quiet wind area is large,the overall outdoor wind speed in winter is high,and outdoor activities The site has wind environment problems such as vortex and "narrow tube effect".Then,the paper establishes a simulation model according to the research situation,and uses the CFD wind environment design software Vent2022 to explore the impact of building single body shape elements,building spacing,residential planning layout and orientation,residential density and plot ratio,green plants,etc.on the outdoor wind environment.law of influence.According to the research results,a series of outdoor wind environment optimization measures are summarized: in the planning and design of the residential area,the tower house with narrow building surface width is preferred,or the combination of slab and tower is selected;Adopt a single building layout strategy of high front and low back on the side of the dominant wind direction in winter;the ground floor of the building is treated overhead,the frontal and lateral distances between buildings are increased,and the ventilation corridors in the residential area are widened;in the early planning and layout When using the determinant and staggered layout,the wind direction projection angle should be controlled within 30~45°.° within the range of °;when the enclosed layout is adopted,the wind direction projection angle should be controlled at about 45°;the density of high-rise residential areas should be controlled at about 15%,and the floor area ratio should be in accordance with the corresponding climate zone in the urban residential area planning and design specifications.Minimum value design;rational use of windguiding and wind-proof properties of green plants,etc.Finally,the rationality of the above optimization measures is demonstrated through the optimization design of the wind environment of the example plot.The research on the optimization design of outdoor wind environment in high-rise residential area has certain reference value for the planning and layout of residential area,simulation and optimization design of outdoor wind environment of buildings. |
