The core value of BIM technology is data-based collaborative management.Through the use of BIM technology in engineering,accurate collection and efficient use of data can be achieved.The data can be input,stored,transmitted and analyzed,so that the data can be used for engineering Construction services.BIM is a technical tool and a data platform for building informatization.Through the establishment of meticulous BIM model,through the model of information collection,the formation of a database,in accordance with a certain logical database architecture developed BIM management platform to achieve the life cycle of the building's management.Based on the application of BIM technology in engineering construction in Shenyang North-South Rapid Mainline ? project,this paper extracts the information of integrated pipe gallery BIM model and forms the basis for researching BIM database,and then analyzes the demand of participating parties and establishes a comprehensive pipe Gallery BIM database architecture system,and evaluation of the architecture of the system index,draw the practicality of the architecture system for the follow-up platform to establish the foundation.(1)In this paper,firstly,the meaning of BIM database is put forward from the whole project system of integrated pipe gallery,and the basic structure of integrated pipe gallery BIM database is established based on the characteristics of mutual exchange of physical objects and information.Hierarchical analysis is used to classify BIM database.(2)Then use the basic idea of structural analysis method to analyze and describe the database architecture through requirement analysis.First of all,the main purpose of demand analysis is to meet the coordination requirements of different property rights units and government departments in the process of design,construction and maintenance.Secondly,in the process of building a three-dimensional model of full information,the functional requirements of the database should be described,The demand of quality attribute and the demand of collaborative design.Thirdly,the architecture of each function of BIM database is designed to realize the entity application of each function and each module.(3)Based on the analysis of the overall architecture and architectural thinking of the Integrated Pipe Gallery,the contents of the three major modules of the Architectural Design are described in detail along the architectural design of the Integrated Pipe Gallery BIM database.According to the accuracy of the model and according to the modeling rules of the project,according to the dimensions of the actual project,the BIM model of the structure,construction,electromechanical,construction and so on is established by using Revit software to build the 3D model of the full information.,And ultimately build and improve the service model to meet the late operation and maintenance platform and database application standards for a new type of integrated piping system model.(4)Finally,by analyzing the evaluation requirements of BIM model database architecture in IOT environment,the evaluation requirements of BIM database in integrated pipe gallery project are analyzed and studied,and then the evaluation index system related to BIM database architecture design is established.It provides the basis for the synergetic application of BIM technology in the whole life cycle and gives the application verification for the overall process of BIM technology implementation.
