Urban integrated pipe gallery in developed countries have more than 200 years of history in our country from the 20th century until the 1950s pipe gallery began.After the reform and opening up,the rapid economic development in our country,the rapid development of the construction industry,greatly increased utilization of land resources,resulting in a very short supply of land resources,so some cities with a high level of economic development turned their attention to the ground.And many cities in our country have the phenomenon of repeatedly excavating newly built,reconstructed and expanded road projects,causing inconvenience in people's lives and serious economic losses in the cities.Domestic research and practice of integrated pipe gallery is not yet in-depth,and the integrated urban pipe gallery technical specifications are not perfect,especially in this part of the ventilation system is very brief and not exhaustive.Integrated underground pipe buried in the ground as a whole,the accumulation of automobile exhaust,maintenance personnel activities will lead to deterioration of the air quality inside the pipe gallery.In addition,the laying of pipelines within the power cables,communications cables and heat pipelines also emit a lot of heat.Therefore,the ventilation system in the integrated pipe gallery is very important,so to do a comprehensive design of the pipe gallery ventilation system to maintain the thennal environment of the underground pipe gallery space is very important.At present,the design of the ventilation system of the integrated pipe gallery adopts both natural air intake and mechanical exhaust ventilation.However,for some low-temperature heat sources and low winter outdoor temperatures,the natural ventilation can also achieve the ventilation requirement of the pipe gallery.The subject of this paper is the natural ventilation system of the heating cabin in Shenyang heating season.The purpose of this project is to select the optimal natural ventilation mode through the simulation of different tuyere positions and air supply angles,and to reduce the use of mechanical ventilation to achieve energy saving Emission reduction effect.This project uses Gambit software to build a building model,according to the statistics of Shenyang heating season climatic conditions,to determine the simulation parameters.According to the safety standards of ventilation in the ventilation hall and the assessment basis of the relationship between the human work efficiency and the thermal environment in the questionnaire,the thermal environment of the heat pipe in the urban comprehensive ventilation is simulated by Fluent software,and the different outlet locations Wind,heat pipe side to send exhaust,water pipe side of the heat pipe side of the exhaust,heat pipe side of the supply pipe side of the exhaust,the central send exhaust),different air supply angle(90 °,60 °,45 °,30 °)of the internal temperature distribution of the pipe gallery.The simulation results are summarized as follows:the heat pipe side inflow and the side ventilation of the heat pipe on the side of the heat pipe.In the case of a normal work of the pipe gallery,the wind should be selected at an angle of 30° with the tuyere.When entering the gallery for maintenance,it is advisable to select a wind angle of 90° with the air outlet;the side of the water supply ducts and the side of the heat pipe side ventilation ducts should be selected:in the normal working conditions of the pipe gallery,a 45° angle with the tuyere should be selected.Air supply,in the maintenance personnel into the corridor for maintenance should choose to send a wind at 90 ° angle with the outlet;the central delivery and exhaust:In the case of the normal work of the pipe gallery should choose to make a wind angle of 30° with the outlet,there is maintenance Into the corridor to repair personnel should choose to vent 60 ° angle with the outlet.Comprehensive comparison of five kinds of tuyere location detailed data,we can see that the side of the hose side of the air supply side of the exhaust pipe is the best air vents layout,so to meet the design and construction can give priority to consider the layout of the natural ventilation vents.
