In recent years,the research and application of urban underground integrated pipe corridors at home and abroad have become increasingly widespread,and they have played an increasingly important role in the process of urbanization.Based on the analysis of the research status at home and abroad,the types of existing corridors,and the construction process,this paper designs a new type of integrated integrated underground pipeline gallery based on the surrounding construction environment,and conducts in-depth research on both numerical simulation and experimental research.the study.The main work was as follows:(1)Design of three-warehouse prefabricated integrated underground pipe gallery structureThrough the analysis of internal forces of cast-in-place integrated pipe corridors,component divisions and checking of key sections,the design plan for a new type of integrated,integrated underground pipe gallery was formulated,and a three-cabin,new-type assembly-integrated underground comprehensive pipe gallery was designed.The cross-section structure of the three-cabin,newly-assembled and integrated underground comprehensive pipe gallery was determined,and the reinforcement design of the component design was drawn.(2)Comparison of finite element simulation between the three-story cast-in-place pipe gallery and Sancang new-type assembly-type pipe galleryThe finite element simulation analysis of the cast-in-place underground comprehensive pipe gallery and the assembly-integrated underground comprehensive pipe gallery shows that the deformation of the two pipe corridors is basically similar.The assembly-integrated underground composite pipe gallery is finally constructed from the compression zone concrete to the axial compression design value,and the concrete is collapsed and fails.At this time,the maximum displacement of the roof of the pipe gallery was in the middle compartment,reaching about 5.5mm,and the displacement of the left and right cabins was small,being 1.2mm.Under the same load,the mid-span displacement of the roof panel in the integrated integrated underground pipe gallery is slightly larger than that in the cast-in-place underground comprehensive pipe gallery.This is due to the integral connection between the wall and the roof of the cast-in-place pipe gallery.The cast-in-place tube corridor stiffness is slightly larger than that of the integrated tube gallery.Through the stress cloud map,it can be seen that the assembly of the integrated underground pipe gallery has a stress concentration phenomenon at the contact between the bovine leg and the laminated roof,and the stress is relatively large.In the actual construction,the stress of the key nodes and the deformation of the component must be observed.From the comparison of displacement-load curve and displacement-stress curve of the two,it can be seen that the cracking loads of the new-type assembly-type pipe gallery and the cast-in-place pipe gallery are the same,and the destruction load of the in-situ pipe gallery is slightly larger than that of the assembly-type pipe gallery,it can be assumed that the carrying capacity of the two is almost the same,and they all have higher safety reserves.(3)Simulation of Hoisting and Installation Construction of Integral Prefabricated Integrated Underground CorridorA simulation of the installation and installation of a new type of integrated,integrated underground gallery was carried out.Through simulation,the hoisting and installation construction scheme applicable to the prefabricated integrated underground pipe gallery was studied,and efficient and rapid construction steps were put forward.The implementation of the hoisting and installation construction plan for the prefabricated and integrated underground comprehensive pipe gallery was carried out.Process description and elaborate on specific details.(4)Waterproof test of rake connectionA watertight connection port test was performed.The D-type water-swellable rubber ring installed at the boring head of the prefabricated integrated underground pipe gallery was tested and tested for the waterproof effect of the truss connection and the waterproof performance of the water-swollen rubber ring.The test shows that the waterproof type of the new type of integrated integrated underground pipe corridor connection and the D type water swelling rubber ring can make the new type of integrated integrated underground pipe gallery have better waterproof effect and ensure the normal use of the pipe gallery.Features.
