With the development of science and technology,the country has increased the development of underground space,and this area has great development prospects.In order to solve the problem of the regular renovation in city roads and pipelines,it should have a great plan for construction of various pipelines.In 2015,the country has taken the underground integrated corridor construction as a key work for the overall deployment.And country has an overall plan to build and operate a number of representatives international advanced technology integrated corridor in 2020.It will be a thorough solution to urban roads repeated renovation of the problem.Based on the design and construction of the first three-tank corridor in Changchun City,the paper summarizes the experience and lessons of the design and construction of the corridor.Through the work of design of the corridor structure and ancillary,the relevant experience has been summed up.In view of China's different geological conditions and climatic conditions,the design parameters need to be adjusted in time,and the new materials need to be applied;According to the existing form of foundation pit and engineering experience,the form of enclosure is innovated.The first layer of gravel excavation and the cantilever support of the two-layer steel sheet pile are adopted,which makes the mechanical properties of the steel sheet pile fully utilized.And for specific construction conditions,it can shorten the construction period and reduce construction costs.Through the research and summarization of the construction technology of the castin-place corridor,and with the principle of quality important,the paper puts forward the key technology of the construction technology of the pipe gallery from the steel processing and installation,template production and installation,concrete pouring vibration,foundation pit backfill and the application of the template trolley.At the same time,the technology of prefabricated corridor is studied and applied;Finally,the key technologies of corridor waterproofing are summarized.
