Underground pipe gallery is a public tunnel space used for centralized laying of municipal pipelines such as power,communication,water supply and drainage,and gas in the urban underground.The main way to realize the informatization and intelligence of the pipeline corridor is to improve the centralized scheduling and comprehensive operation capability of facilities and resources in the pipeline corridor by using various sensing equipment and executive electronic equipment.Currently,there are problems in the underground pipeline corridor system,such as a single control method for executing equipment,limited ability to process and analyze environmental data,low data accuracy,difficulty in ensuring the real-time and reliability of remote measurement and control,and poor scalability of new equipment.For this reason,the thesis designs and develops an integrated core controller that meets the requirements of access to multiple types of electrical equipment in the pipeline corridor,conducts research on the algorithm for processing environmental data in the pipeline corridor,formulates a unified data communication protocol within the system,builds a underground pipeline corridor measurement and control system that integrates data acquisition and transmission,and automatic equipment control,and verifies its performance through field deployment.The main work of the thesis includes:1.By analyzing the problems faced by existing pipe racks,a measurement and control system model for underground pipe racks is constructed,and a collaborative control scheme for executing equipment is determined.In order to meet the data transmission requirements in the underground pipeline corridor,a communication method combining CAN bus and UDP/IP is adopted,combining the data content transmitted by the system,and assigning a specific ID number to the equipment within the system.A data communication protocol within the system is designed to achieve efficient encapsulation and analysis of data within the system.According to the environmental characteristics and hardware conditions of the underground pipe gallery,research on data processing algorithms within the system was carried out,and a data processing method combining Kalman filtering and sliding average filtering was selected to improve the accuracy of the data,and simulation verification was conducted.2.Based on the STM32 chip,the software and hardware structure of the fusion core controller and the peripheral circuit of the module are designed.Based on the Free-RTOS operating system,the fusion core controller data processing and execution device control algorithms are implemented.Data transmission within the bus network and collaborative control of multiple execution devices are realized through serial connection between the CAN bus and the measurement and control node.The platform data and information interaction is completed through UDP/IP Ethernet communication and the pipeline testing platform,It is also compatible with the access of multiple types of electrical equipment such as RS-485 communication and Zigbee communication.3.Field deployment testing.Taking the integrated core controller as the core,an underground pipeline corridor measurement and control system has been built from two levels of pipeline corridor data sensing and equipment control.A pipeline corridor testing platform integrating data reception,display,and command issuance has been designed,and 10 sets of measurement and control nodes and 2 sets of integrated core controllers have been deployed in two integrated cabins(totaling 800m)of the underground pipeline corridor Haikou Changbin Road for testing,The test results show that the integrated core controller is compatible with the access of multiple types of electrical equipment,achieving the collection and transmission of environmental quantities and equipment status data within the pipe rack,automatic equipment control,and intelligent early warning.
