| According to GB 50838-2015 technical code for urban comprehensive pipe gallery engineering,the comprehensive pipe gallery is divided into prefabricated prestressed comprehensive pipe gallery and cast-in-place integrated pipe gallery.At present,in some developed countries and regions in China,the construction of comprehensive pipe gallery project has begun to be carried out on a large scale.In some underdeveloped areas,the design and implementation of pipe gallery has not been fully popularized.In the actual engineering construction process,the construction and implementation process of the comprehensive pipe gallery also needs to analyze the structural performance and mechanical performance of different pipe galleries.This paper takes section 1 model of "Xi’an comprehensive pipe gallery construction PPP project section I" as the research object,and adopts ABAQUS The implicit analysis method is used to analyze the two kinds of structural models of the prefabricated prestressed pipe gallery and the cast-in-place integrated pipe gallery.This paper analyzes the transverse and longitudinal stress of two kinds of pipe gallery models and the stress of reinforced concrete cast-in-place integrated prefabricated pipe gallery under five different working conditions.it is concluded as follow:(1)According to the analysis of the transverse and longitudinal stress of the two kinds of pipe gallery models,the distribution of the tensile stress of the prefabricated prestressed pipe gallery on the outside of the whole side wall is relatively "uniform",but there is a sudden change of stress,so that the tensile stress of the connection part closer to the bolt will be smaller,and the tensile stress of the connection part farther away from the bolt will be larger;the prefabricated prestressed pipe gallery The longitudinal bolt of the side wall of the wall is subject to less external force;the prefabricated prestressed pipe gallery is connected by bolts,and the number of the effectiveness of the longitudinal bending rigidity generally floats between 0.984-0.985.In the process of structural design,the reduction of the overall longitudinal bending rigidity should be considered;the effective value of the longitudinal rigidity of the prefabricated prestressed pipe gallery connected by prestressed reinforcement is between 0.987421-0.987427,the longitudinal prestressed reinforcement will not have a great impact on the horizontal displacement of the structure,and the contact surface will not be damaged too much.The above conclusions provide theoretical and practical reference for the design and construction of integrated management and ensure the safety of pipe gallery.(2)According to the stress analysis of the reinforced concrete cast-in-place integrated prefabricated pipe gallery under five different working conditions,the maximum stress value of the reinforced concrete cast-in-place integrated prefabricated pipe gallery under the second working condition 1(One side full fill and the other half fill)is 13.03 MPa,which appears on the outside of the side wall bottom,and then rises in turn after the decline;under the 4th working condition,the maximum stress value reaches 16.58 MPa,which appears on the side wall of the structure;in the reinforced structure Under condition 4(full fill on both sides and top cover backfill),there is a large stress value.These conclusions eventually become an important reference for construction guidance.By comparing the stress characteristics of different types of comprehensive pipe gallery and under different working conditions,it can provide theoretical and practical reference for the design and construction of comprehensive management and ensure the safety of pipe gallery. |
