Urban underground integrated pipe gallery is one of the municipal public infrastructure,and it is an important facility to realize the intensive,informatization and scientific management of urban pipelines.In recent years,China has comprehensively promoted the construction of underground integrated pipe corridors,in order to give full play to the use of integrated pipe corridors,in the documents on strengthening the management of urban underground pipeline construction,the Chinese government has pointed out that it is necessary to resolutely implement the requirements for all pipelines to enter the corridor,but in the actual project planning and construction,the drainage pipeline access scheme is often excluded.Even if the entrance scheme is considered,it is often difficult to play its due role because of the poor design scheme.In view of the difficulty of entering the corridor of drainage pipeline,,the entry of drainage pipe is carried out,it is of great significance to analyze the suitability of the corridor and to optimize the technical scheme of the corridor.Based on the reading and analysis of a large number of literature and practical engineering data,this paper sums up and expounds the design theory and construction characteristics of the integrated pipe gallery,summarizes the design theory and characteristics of the urban drainage system,and analyzes the difficulties of the drainage pipeline entering the corridor.That is,the buried depth and section of the integrated pipe corridor lead to high cost;The connection of branch pipe is difficult and the safety risk is great.On the basis of the study of the technical problems of drainage pipeline entrance,it is confirmed that there are many factors affecting the entrance of drainage pipeline into the corridor,and the discussion on the suitability of drainage pipeline entrance corridor should also consider achieving the goal requirements in technical,economic,social,environmental and other aspects.In this paper,the ideal center point multi-objective decision theory is used to establish the evaluation system of the suitability of drainage pipeline access corridor.Through the evaluation and analysis of the suitability of drainage pipeline entrance corridor under different combination conditions,the order of suitability degree is obtained.Based on the analysis of the difficulties of the entrance corridor,combined with the evaluation index system of the suitability of the drainage pipeline entrance corridor,the main optimization direction of the drainage pipeline entrance corridor scheme is clarified,that is,to reduce the buried depth of the integrated pipe corridor,optimize the section size and save the cost;Solve safety measures and branch connection problems.The entrance scheme of gravity flow and pressure flow is put forward,and the optimal layout of the scheme on longitudinal section and cross section is analyzed.according to the requirement of minimizing size in cabin,the combination scheme of integrated lifting pumping station under different flow conditions is discussed.This paper discusses the applicability of vacuum drainage system in the scheme of sewer porch.It is studied and put forward that the drainage pipe enters the corridor.The main technical measures in the case are: inspection well arrangement and branch pipe connection,ventilation measures and underground structure crossing measures.The cost function of drainage pipeline is established by mathematical method,and the project cost is compared between the drainage scheme of the integrated pumping station and the single gravity flow scheme.The analysis results show that the drainage scheme of the integrated pumping station no matter from the initial investment,in terms of long-term costs,it is possible to outperform the single gravity flow scheme.The integrated pumping station drainage scheme can solve the problem that the single gravity flow scheme leads to the increase of the buried depth of the integrated pipe corridor,so as to reduce the cost of the project.Because Rain Water integrated pumping station only works in rainfall,the running time is short and the operation electricity is low,the drainage scheme of the integrated pumping station is more suitable for Rain Water pipe-in-the-porch scheme.
