In recent years,backward infrastructure is considered to be one of the main factors restricting China's economic development and accelerating urbanization.For a long time,most of the pipelines of water supply,power supply,communication,gas and drainage systems in China have been laid underground by direct buried method,lacking overall planning.At the same time,the installation,maintenance and renewal of these pipelines require frequent road excavation,leading to related traffic jams,noise problems and damage to surrounding utilities.Under this background,integrated tube gallery emerges as The Times require.Based on CAD technology,BIM can realize 3D modeling of architectural engineering design.It can connect the data and information at all stages of the project through digital technology means,and provide a collaborative platform to support the participation of all parties in the project,so as to solve the problems of loss in data transmission and information asymmetry.The construction of comprehensive pipe gallery and the auxiliary construction of BIM technology in China are new things,and the actual application of the project is in the stage of crossing the river by feeling stones.Relevant standards and norms are still being improved,which may lead to scattered and blind application of BIM technology.But the combination can promote the development of the comprehensive utility tunnel engineering construction and management.In order to understand the BIM technology application level,provide reference for similar projects later,this article from the aspects of maturity to the comprehensive utility tunnel construction in the application of BIM technology,combined with the actual project cases,focus on comprehensive utility tunnel construction in the application of BIM technology and studies the application of BIM technology maturity.This paper first expounds the main application points of BIM technology in the three stages of design,construction and operation and maintenance in the comprehensive pipe gallery construction.In the collaborative design stage of pipe gallery,the use of Revit,Fuzor,Civil3 D,Navisworks,HongYe integrated pipe gallery and other software to complete the BIM collaborative design modeling is conducive to cross design and information transfer between different majors.In the elaborative construction stage of pipe gallery,information such as material and construction period is added on the basis of the design model.Through the realization of BIM software functions such as collision inspection,virtual tour,progress simulation and project quantity statistics,it is beneficial toarrange various sub-projects reasonably and eliminate hidden dangers to avoid delay of construction period.In the intelligent operation and maintenance stage of pipe corridor,the BIM based comprehensive pipe corridor operation and maintenance platform is built to integrate each component system to achieve visual management,which meets the needs of monitoring and alarm,emergency treatment and daily maintenance management.Then,through a lot of reading literature at home and abroad,constructs the comprehensive utility tunnel construction in the application of BIM technology maturity evaluation index system,using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method to index weight calculation and sorting,data were obtained through the questionnaire survey method,combining theory of CMM maturity level in the actual definition and classification,generation into the index system and model calculation,the final maturity levels.Finally,the evaluation model of BIM application maturity in the comprehensive pipe gallery construction is established,and the current project BIM application maturity level is evaluated,the actual BIM application situation is obtained and the practicability of the evaluation model is verified,which should provide exploration direction for the subsequent construction of related projects.
