Vocational School of Mechanical Specialty Training Objectives job is suitable for business needs,industry-recognized social services in the mechanical production of high quality frontline workers and highly skilled personnel.Vocational education is now the status quo: Enterprises need a lot of hands-on ability of people skills but not hire the right people,and vocational school graduates is difficult to find suitable jobs.This indicates the existence of our country vocational school students quality talent and enterprise needs a great deviation,analysis of the reasons that the current vocational education training still exists the problem of weak,theoretical courses and practical training courses separation theory teacher theory with practice teacher training,not a good combination,lead to the teaching content and post detachment,departing from the principle of integration of theory and practice.Introduction of latest teaching ideas and concepts,such as modern apprenticeships and factory 5S management,promotion of vocational specialty construction,teaching staff,curriculum reform,training room building,we need to further explore the formation of a close to the business needs of practical teaching system.Practical Teaching System in general,consists of hardware and software strength strength.Training specifically target contains practical teaching,training content,training management and training conditions.Through field investigation found that the existing system is imperfect training teaching,vocational education can not meet the quality of personnel training requirements,can not meet the business needs.Training must now teaching system to business needs as the goal,cooperation with enterprises,co-culture angle of view,according to market demand,timely adjustment of training teaching objectives,learn from each other,updating training content,improve training conditions,strengthen management training,the school training and production products seamlessly,so as to improve the quality of teaching in vocational training,vocational education so that true for business services,qualified personnel for the society.In this paper,research grade mechanical Practical Teaching System main line in order to improve the mechanical vocational students professional skills,improve professionalism for the purpose of doing the work in three areas:1.From the perfect curriculum system,conducted a knowledge of the target course objectives,and improve the ability to target and three literacy goals,as well as to improve the training of teaching content,content production internships and internships aspects.2.From the training environment,the teachers carried out under the enterprise,the establishment of school-enterprise workshop,teachers participate in the competition of the soft environment and campus training base,training base outside hard to improve the environment,the proposed "hybrid" training base the new concept optimizes the training environment.3.From the training patterns presented oriented new apprenticeship training mode,a new training system to increase vitality.
