The practical teaching environment is one of the main elements of vocational school training.It is the first situation for vocational school students to acquire skills.It is the specific place for the design and implementation of all practical training activities in vocational schools.Based on the investigation of 9 vocational schools in Zhejiang Province,this paper designs the training hardware and software environment of Luqiao.The following problems were found in the survey: First,the current training base construction has a strong "school taste" and lacks "production taste",lacking a practical and integrated training place;second,the construction of the hardware environment for training construction is unreasonable,considering factors Incomplete,and lack of management system in software conditions,on-site training management chaos,lack of concept of education;Third,the training base is between closed and semi-closed,not shared with social resources,low utilization.The contributions that this article attempts to focus on are:1.Focus on creating a solid hardware training environmentAccording to the professional characteristics,the training environment in the direction of safety management is mainly based on the construction safety related experience project and the VR virtual reality security experience museum.Let the students restore the dangerous behavior of the construction site through visual,auditory and tactile methods in a hands-on experience.The process and consequences of the completion of the learning objectives.Road construction materials test and test training environment layout,mainly affected by the general physical environment of the training room area size,lighting,ventilation,sound insulation treatment,sewage facilities,temperature and humidity,using modern teaching aids,layout and practical training surroundings.Students use the VR test self-study assistant software,WeChat QR code and other auxiliary tools to learn independently in the virtual environment,solve the problems encountered in the training,and complete the learning objectives.2.Focus on the introduction of educational culture software training environmentThe layout of the training environment considers the design of educational culture factors to create a good educational culture atmosphere and corporate practice atmosphere.Combined with the characteristics of professional construction of roads and bridges in Zhejiang vocational schools,the “six-dimensional integrated” training management system was established to improve the level of training management and cultivate students’ cultural accomplishments.From the practical training quality policy and objectives,training and teaching management organization,training and teaching management duties,training resource management,training safety management,training and teaching services,to create a harmonious,standardized An orderly training environment can promote their own development and improve their professional ability.Creative space and thinking,let students experience the knowledge and skills in the software environment.In short,this study mainly aims to improve the students’ ability by constructing a practical training environment,and to develop high-skilled applied talents with the aim of professional ability.At the same time,it provides reference for the design of vocational school training environment.
