Training Of New Energy Vehicle Professionals In Secondary Vocational Schools Based On Vocational Ability Training Research

This paper is based on the theoretical research of professional ability training at home and abroad,combining the scheme construction of new energy automobile specialty in secondary vocational colleges and the development demand of new energy automobile market,the talent training direction of new energy automobile specialty is explored.As an important base for training skilled talents,secondary vocational colleges have some problems in the supply of talents in the face of the development of new technology,for example: what kind of professional talents to train,what basic skills to master,what kind of talents the enterprise needs,etc.Therefore,this article will be guided by the cultivation and promotion of professional ability,exploring from the theoretical basis at home and abroad,enterprise needs and school personnel training.In order to prevent blindness in the research of new energy vehicle professional personnel training in secondary vocational schools,this paper uses literature analysis to sort out and analyze the relevant research on professional ability,new energy vehicle professional ability and new energy vehicle professional personnel training at home and abroad,and then analyzes the theoretical basis of new energy vehicle professional personnel training research in secondary vocational schools based on professional ability training.this will provide theoretical support for the investigation of the current situation of enterprises and schools,analysis of the causes of the problems and implementation strategies.Through investigation and in-depth interviews with 5 secondary vocational schools and 3 enterprises in Guizhou Province,we know that the schools have made personnel training plans and set the direction for the ability of professional personnel.including work tasks,professional ability and professional qualification certificate;understand the enterprise's demand for professional talents.Based on the analysis and summary of the above contents,the structural framework of new energy vehicle professional capability is constructed.According to the investigation and analysis of the current situation,this paper proposes to do a good job in market research,fully link professional construction with market demand,and make a good career compass for students;schools should set up special courses according to job requirements so that enterprises can participate in the preparation and formulation of courses;the government will give full play to its leading role and give fund support in the allocation and optimization of resources;in-depth implementation of school-enterprise cooperation is the guarantee for the training of new energy and steam professionals in secondary vocational schools under the guidance of targeted vocational ability.
