| Modern apprentice system training mode put forward in recent years is a new occupation education mode that is different from the enterprise ordering cultivation model.It has unique advantages in cultivating talents and can improve the technical level and comprehensive quality of Vocational students.In view of the urgent need to improve the technical quality of students,how to adopt the appropriate personnel training mode is the most important problem to be solved.In order to achieve this goal,this research uses the literature research method and the case study method to launch the research on the related problems.First of all,it is the definition of the theoretical basis of modern apprenticeship and the concept of "modern apprenticeship".Through the comparative analysis it describes modern apprenticeship mode of development in Germany,England,Australia and Switzerland and teases out the successful experience of the development of enterprises.Secondly,it analyzes modern apprenticeship training mode--"BOSCH apprenticeship" and refers to the research results.Again,combining the present situation of vocational school enterprise cooperation it briefly outlines the model framework from the training objectives,training content,training methods and the quality evaluation system and puts forward the countermeasures.Finally,I use the questionnaire and conduct in-depth interviews with the students of vocational schools and enterprises.Using the results of the investigation,it analyzes the effect of carrying out the modern apprenticeship and the problems of implementation and proposes the strategies of consummating our modern apprenticeship vocational from the perspective of government,schools and enterprise. |
