| There are four typical mid-vocational schools that have applied to the field of electromechanical applications in the district of Shunde to conduct questionnaires and interviews,and discover that mechanical and technical applications are in the training course,the evaluation of the training course,the standard of the training course,and the development of the actual training course.It is concluded that the improper development method of training course is one of the main reasons.Need to offer more practical training curriculum development,curriculum development and the development of training curriculum for literature review,on this basis,the two aspects of theory and practice to construct training curriculum development method.Theory,through explain structural model method to determine the elements and the logical relationship,the project curriculum development process and the working process of the systematic curriculum development process of deconstruction,combining constructivism learning theory,David cooper,experiential learning theory and the theory of bloom education objective taxonomy theory to construct a practical training curriculum development method(preliminary);By going to the secondary vocational school,the development method(preliminary)of the practical training course is put forward,and the expert conducts the examination and opinion solicitation,and then the practical training course development method is revised.By application technology of mechanical and electrical professional practical course of the typical tasks analysis,action field analysis and induction,selected the fitter training part of the hammer made learning task for further development,completed the course standard,find out the training objective,extract the training course content,design training courses learning tasks,analysis training course to learn knowledge,steps,such as the production practice teaching activity planning chart,finally got the job teaching use learning page,verify the proposed training curriculum development method of operability.At last,the author evaluates the content of the whole training course,analyzes the results,and verifies the effectiveness of the training course development method and the development content. |
