In recent years,with the rapid development of economy and society in Guizhou Province,the development of vocational education should keep pace with the development of the times.Secondary vocational education is a secondary education oriented by employment demand and an important part of modern vocational education system.In this research,the suitability of the setting of architectural majors in secondary vocational schools directly affects the fit of the coordinated development of regional economy and the satisfaction of the personal education needs of secondary vocational students.It is of great significance to improve the quality of students’ employment,enhance the advantages of secondary vocational schools,and promote regional economic and social development.This research takes three key secondary vocational schools in Guizhou Province are selected as the research objects.Using literature research,questionnaire survey and interview survey as the main research methods,from the satisfaction of personal education needs and regional economic coordination two vertical angles,respectively,to study the self suitability and adaptability of professional setting.At the same time,starting from the horizontal dimension of the four main participants in the professional setting,this paper investigates the regional suitability,professional skills improvement,personnel training program constructionand the personal suitability of enterprises in the professional training,and makes statistics,collation and analysis of the survey data of the professional setting of the construction.Finally,the trend distribution and causes of the survey data are analyzed by combining quantitative and qualitative methods,and the optimization countermeasures are studied.The research of this investigation show that Guizhou Province has made some achievements in the setting up of architectural specialties,providing a good social environment for professional development planning,stable development of school enterprise cooperation mode,and the construction students in secondary vocational school can quickly integrate into the social environment and match the work position.However,there are still some problems,such as the lack of coordination of professional structure,the lack of cognition of Architectural Specialty,the inadequate implementation of talent training program,the low degree of consistency of professional core skills,and the simplification of professional evaluation subjects.Finally,in view of the problems and attribution,the paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.The government should strengthen macro-control and optimize the layout of the specialty.Including changing the way of setting up independent majors in Colleges and universities,improving the implementation of policies,strengthening multi-party information communication and sharing and otheroptimization measures.From the secondary vocational school aspect,the construction of construction specialty expands the multi-channel information release to improve the professional recognition,constructs the professional setting evaluation team to improve the professional setting system,establishes the dynamic adjustment mechanism of the specialty,and improves the professional core skills training.As a construction enterprise,it should participate in the professional setting of secondary vocational schools in various forms,enrich the content of school enterprise cooperation,integrate the enterprise’s post training experience into the construction of the construction specialty of secondary vocational schools,improve the suitability of the construction specialty setting of secondary vocational schools.
