School-enterprise cooperation is the backbone of accelerate the development and reform of secondary vocational education.Especially in the specialized,operational and practical majors related to Architectural engineering,School-enterprise cooperation is an indispensable link in talent training.In order to deeply understand the real status of school-enterprise cooperation in education of the construction majors in secondary vocational schools,the construction specialty of Guiyang J Vocational School was taken as a case for in-depth analysis,and summarizes the current talent training model of J vocational school in the construction professional school-enterprise cooperation.Questionnaire surveys and interviews were carried out among teachers,students and staff of school-enterprise cooperative enterprises,some common problems in school-enterprise cooperation of the vocational education for construction majors in secondary vocational schools were discovered and sorted out from four aspects: students,schools,enterprises,and government.There are four problems from a student’s perspective.(1)students do not understand the professional direction.(2)students are not enthusiastic about learning.(3)students have poor professionalism and work discipline during internships.(4)students’ mental adjustment and environment corporate adaptability are poor.There are two problems from the school perspective.(1)the school lacks a clear responsible institution for school-enterprise cooperation.(2)schools lack practical teachers.There are two problems from the company perspective.(1)The participation of enterprises is not high in the process of cultivating collaborative talents between schools and enterprises.(2)the degree of matching between corporate posts and some construction majors is nothigh.There are two problems from the government perspective.(1)government needs to speed up the implementation of school-enterprise cooperation policies and the implementation of funding guarantees.(2)the government has not fully played a guiding role.At the same time,the causes of the existing problems were analyzed.The attribution was that the mentality of secondary vocational students was immature and moral education was not in place;the win-win cooperation chain between schools and enterprises was difficult to establish.In order to solve these problems,the optimization strategies of the problems are proposed based on reference of suggestions from schools,students,and companies.First,students’ professional identity and professionalism should be enhanced.Second,we should strengthen the construction of school-enterprises cooperation education mechanism.Third,we should attract enterprises to actively participate in the training of talents in schools and enterprises.Finally,the government should give full play to its guiding role to build a comprehensive school-enterprise cooperation platform.School-enterprise cooperation is of great significance to the training of secondary vocational construction professionals.School-enterprise cooperation in vocational school construction is a subject worthy of high attention.All secondary vocational schools need to carry out deeper exploration in accordance with the characteristics of the school and the characteristics of the architectural specialty.This article summarizes the talent training model of J Vocational School and propose some optimization countermeasures for practical problems in practice.With a view to providing effective reference for other secondary vocational school to carry out school-enterprise cooperation in education.
