Higher vocational education assumes the responsibilities of both vocational education and higher education.Manufacturing industry is the core pillar of our national economy.Therefore,the integrated development of manufacturing specialty in higher vocational college has decisive effect on the cultivation of manufacturing technical talents in China.Higher vocational colleges has been developed for decades in China.However,it encounters the unprecedented opportunities and challenges now.The social demand and industrial structure are changed due to the rapid exchange of information in the 21 st century,and the market-oriented enrollment of higher vocational colleges are also affected by it.The immutable architectural space has been unable to complete the tasks entrusted to them by the new era.In reality,there are a lot of space problems in the higher vocational colleges,which are reflected in all aspects of the training space of higher vocational colleges,such as the layout of practical operation space is not reasonable,and it lacks of related functional areas in training buildings,etc.These existing problems stop the higher vocational colleges from moving to a new height in the new era.From the point of view of architectural design,this paper takes the manufacturing major,which is the most important major in higher vocational colleges,as the research object.Combined with the characteristics of higher vocational colleges and manufacturing industry,this paper finds out the possibility and way of adaptive design of manufacturing specialty training space in higher vocational colleges in China by adopting the methods of literature reading,field investigation,comparative research,induction and classification,etc.This paper attempts to break the principle of spatial division guided by professional training projects in the past,and starts the research from the size of training equipment,the common spatial characteristics of the training rooms and the behavior pattern of the practical operation,and divides the training space of manufacturing specialty into five categories again,next,it further analyzes the elements affecting space design,and designs the optimization scheme of five kinds of training space based on the new requirements of the integration of theory and reality and then calculates the information design elements,such as plane,layer height and equipment layout.finally,it provides the space combination mode of training base which can adapt to the present situation and develop in the future,thus providing the basis for the construction and design of practical higher vocational colleges. |
