In recent years,China is faced with an aging population and a crisis in the structure of the labor population.The country has introduced a series of policies to support vocational and technical education,so as to make up for the gap on the supply side of skilled talents in China.The increase in the number of students in vocational and technical education,as well as the increase in the proportion of "double-qualified" teachers in the short term,undoubtedly poses a challenge to the quality of vocational education,and the problem of connecting with it is the improvement of the quality of vocational education teaching reform and the construction of vocational education teacher team,etc.In face of these problems,the policy puts forward directions such as "1+X certificate" and "post course competition certificate".At the same time,it means the need to redevelop vocational education textbooks,curricula,and teaching methods should also be updated,iterative...For a time,the job tasks and challenges of vocational educators have been increased.Based on the above background,the research direction of this paper is "Integration of Course Competition",a sub-topic of the policy "Post Course Competition Certificate",that is,an action research on the reform and exploration of the teaching mode integrating course and competition.This study adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview to carry out follow-up observation,practice teaching and deduce the results of Guizhou J School.The selected major and subject are Architectural Engineering Construction "Architectural Engineering Drawing Recognition",Competition Simulation The Skill Competition[Architectural CAD],To innovate the teaching mode integrating "lesson" and "competition",and the grade is selected as Grade 21 students majoring in Architectural Engineering construction of Guizhou J School.The specific research content is divided into the following points:1.Combined with relevant policies,this paper discusses the shortcomings of current vocational education in terms of teachers and the teaching reform of "integration of curriculum and competition",tracing back to the source,starting from policies and laws,and looking for the direction and skills of teaching reform.Focusing on the two focal points of "course" and "competition",I will consult domestic and foreign literature and works,from sorting out historical policies to summarizing relevant theories,and explain the literature preparation before and during the research period from China to foreign countries.2.To understand the basic situation of Guizhou J School through questionnaires and interviews,explain the possible implementation of its "integration of curriculum and competition" from four aspects: student situation,competition situation,teaching situation and the necessity of implementation,understand the basic learning situation of school students,and define the design direction of teaching reform based on students being the main beneficiaries of teaching reform.3.Carry out teaching practice according to the research data.Based on the basic situation of the school,referring to the rules of the National Skills Competition and taking Chapter 8 of the textbook "Architectural Engineering Drawing Recognition" as an example,the process of typical teaching cases is expounded.The simulation and narrowing of the competition are put into the semester,and the teaching methods,content layout and evaluation methods are also changed accordingly,forming an operable and popularizable teaching model of "integrated course competition".4.After a semester of practical research,the longitudinal effect of practical teaching of construction engineering Grade 21 students is compared.Through the comparison of in-class test,final scores,and self-efficacy with various dimensions at the beginning(before)of the semester,it is found that there is a good effect,students’ knowledge and skills have been greatly improved,and self-efficacy also has a trend of improvement.Secondly,feedback from teacher interviews shows that the teaching mode of "integrated curriculum and competition" helps teachers integrate into the classroom and adapt to teaching.Therefore,the teaching mode of "integration of class competition" with Chinese characteristics is constructed,and put forward the deficiencies and prospects of the reform.
