Study On The Landscape Design For Elderly In Old Residentialarea

China is gradually stepping into the silver-haired era.The pension problem of the whole society arouses our widespread concern.With the changing of social structure and the traditional family structure,pension patterns increase gradually with some problems followed.Home has an extremely important significance to the Chinese people with traditional thinking and the other pension models those are far from familiar living environment of the elderly do not have universal applicability.So,living in the familiar original residential area for the elderly for home pension is in line with the development of national conditions.The old residential area environment,which has been lived for a lifetime of the old people,has many problems in terms of fitness so that there are various risks for the elderly when they go outdoor travel.Combined with the the concrete practice,this paper studied on the landscape design for elderly in old residential area to provide a certain reference value for the pension community landscape construction.The research contents are as follows:(1)Through theoretical research,case analysis,made in-depth study on the relevant theories of aging landscape of old residential areas both at home and abroad.Summarized the difference and trend of development of suitable aging landscape both in domestic and international.(2)Through the field visits and questionnaires,this paper took the elderly in Tiyuanbei in Tianjin as the main research object and analyzed the physical,psychological and behavioral habits of the old people.Raised problems of landscape environment of the old residential area in suitable aging aspect.(3)After a series of preliminary analysis,it was necessary to adhere to take the "old people" as the principle and followed the principles of safety and health,diversification,difference,guidance,and "Yinkang Yujing".Combed the flow lines of the roads through centralized and decentralized motorized parking spaces layout to solve the biggest hidden dangers of the old people in the old residential areas when traveling.Ensured the implementation of the aging landscape in the old residential areas by integrating and improving the functions and landscape elements.(4)The main points of innovation are as follows: Summarized the differences in behavioral activities of the three types of elderly people who are fit for outdoor activities.Divided the residentialarea into three spatial levels of near and far and carried out spatial difference landscape design to attract different types of elderly people to do outdoor rehabilitation exercise in the areas that fit them.This way could disperse the public space pressure of the old residential area and solve the current situation that is supply fails to meet the demand.These three types are universal type,dynamic type and mobility inconvenience healing landscape.Use the regional edge,the planting pool,the green space or other space and combine with landscape aesthetics and methods for the scene-creating to integrated the rehabilitation exercise design into the community landscape environment without affecting other people ’s use of space.The outdoor landscape combines elderly sports and medicine to design in aspect of the balance,flexibility,muscle,joints,"intentionally" to guide the elderly residential rehabilitation movement.The construction of suitable aging landscape design in the old residential areas made the elderly enjoy healthy,safe,high-quality outdoor life in a familiar environment.
